A quite satisfactory experience

Pros: Excellent location, cleaness, particularly helpful receptionist Ms Francesca capable of finding solutions to any problem and offering good tips regarding moving around in the city . Most of the important touristic attractions of the city are within walking distance

Cons: The traveler has to climb up ca twelve steps before reaching the elevator which has a small booth. Yet the latter is an inevitable consequence of the fact that the mansion is a set of two fully renovated areas within a traditional very old downtown building

Really enjoyable, comfy, amazing location and great facilities.

Pros: The location was amazing. Right on Piazza Navona. Less than 10-15minutes walk to all the sights. Great view of the square too.

Highly recommend!

Pros: The room was fantastic, the spa, the bathroom and shower was excellent and the location was perfect.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and the sauna struggled to heat up.

Pros: I loved where we were situated right outside Piazza Navona ⛲️ 😀 It was very close to tourist attractions Cafes and shopping 😊 Food was amazing every where we went. Would stay again. Very happy 😊

Beautiful room, great location

Pros: The room was beautiful, staff were super friendly, and the entrance instructions were clear and easy. Perfect location, super close to the Pantheon and other perfect locations.

Enjoyable

Pros: The location was great! After flying 22 hours the bed was very comfortable! Lots of room.

Cons: The kitchens below were noisy. Was a hike to get to from the airport, but once there it was amazing!

Great location, super helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: The property is in such a good location. It was within walking distance of everything. We arrived late so the reception was closed but the staff gave us super helpful instructions on how to complete self check in. It was late before we arrived and the friendly staff said they were available to call if we had any issues getting in. Early checkout was really easy too. I left some stuff in my room when I was leaving, staff text me to let me know and arranged it to be sent via mail to me. Great place to stay, highly recommend.
