Pros: Location and apartment facilities are great. Well kept and appointed.

Cons: No lift although apartment is on first floor so no big deal. Staircase needs repainting and deep cleaning. Sofa in living area is a bit hard .

Pros: My two kids and I spent 8 nights there—it was a very comfortable place in a fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere on our own, with everything we needed close by. Highly recommend it for family trips. Ricardo and Marta, who manage the apartments, are incredibly kind and helpful. I also used the airport transfer service—highly recommend it!

Excellent choice very well situated for Rome

Pros: No keys. had to use a link on an e mail to access a code which opened the building door and secondly the appartment door. My first experience of using this system. Took some getting used to . Once the apartment was accessed there was a more usual key inside to open the doors if required. The appartment was exceptional ; just about everything you could wish for. Comfort, space, aircon/heat, appliances, Huge TV options ( prime, netflix etc etc all free. Shower the biggest i have ever experienced. 2 shower heads . Absolutely massive Could get 6-7 people in the shower all at the same time. Very well located in the city; a few minutes to the Corso, Piazza Navona, Rotunda, Via Condotti etc etc. Lots of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Excellent carrefour supermarket a one minute walk. Definitely would stay again. Near a good for bus route on the Corso.

Cons: For someone who is not online savvy, this could be a difficult system to understand regarding entry to the accomodation. Quite a high tech appartment. The only instruction manual i found was for a microwave. Should be a lot more eg Induction cooking system etc. Not everyone uses the same household equipment around the world. having to dispose of the trash by carrying bin bags etc through the streets to find a council bin.

Pros: Newly refurbished flat in a perfect location. Amazing bathroom.

Pros: Everything was as expected, the flat had all the necessities, towels, paper. Host is quick to answer any questions. Flat is nice dark and cool whole day do when you come back from sighsteeing its perfect to chill out.

Cons: The double shower is a unnecessary because plumbing is done so that when you start both there is almost no water pressure.

Perfect location and very comfortable.

Pros: The location cannot be beat! Walking distance to many things and all conveniences nearby. The bed was big and comfortable and the bedroom was nice and quiet. The bathroom is huge with a shower for two. Big closet and washer also made our visit easy.

Cons: It was hard to get into the building using the web URL link they sent. We tried for about half an hour before we got it to work. The living room needs better lighting. A couple of floor lamps would be helpful. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Loved the induction stove.

Excellent location!

Pros: We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two kids), and it was a great accommodation for families. The location was perfect, and the interior of the property looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was excellent—everything went smoothly, including check-in, key handover, and communication. The host also provided plenty of towels and all the necessary stuff.

Cons: The stairway had not been renovated and didn’t quite match the beautiful interior of the property. The heating system was also not sufficient for four people to take showers one after another, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak.
