Pros: We were really lucky to catch this apartment! It was really great, huge, comfortable, everything you need to stay in Rome for a vacation is available. The location is amazing, 1 stop by metro to Colosseum, bus station nearby, great restaurants and stores for food. I really enjoyed staying over there and I can guarantee that you will also enjoy it.

Pros: Lots of space. Air condition well functioning which was important as it was very hot during that week. Restaurants and bus stops close by. Owner very helpful

Cons: The matrices was a bit hard for me. Soap spender at the bathroom sink would be a real plus.

Pros: The apartment is a 25-minute walk from the Colosseum in a nice area of ​​Rome. It has everything necessary for both short and long stays, + there was also a piano because our daughters go to music school :) The terrace is an extra + and it was a pleasure to drink tea there and have dinner. In the end, there are a lot of cafes and cafeterias, some open from 9 am, which is an additional plus, and there is a market. And Rim ko Rim - beautiful :) We will come again :)

Pros: Elena is very prompt & responsive. There was a slight issue with the toilet and she got it fixed immediately.

Pros: Lovely apartment with good amenities and a nice little courtyard. Location was good, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. A 20min walk to the Colosseum.

Pros: In a nice non touristy area and a 15-20 minutes walk gets you to the Colosseum. Very clean attractive and spacious ground floor apartment with high ceilings. Good modern decor and facilities. There is not yet a metro station close by (they are building one, the nearest is 15 mins walk) but there are buses at Porta Metronia and in any case you can walk into the centre easily.

Cons: There are no negatives. The bottom end of Via Anglona (the little street where the apartment is located) is a bit dingy, and there are works taking place down there for the new metro line. Otherwise it's great. We generally went in and out via the top end of Via Anglona where there's a nice big street. The apartment building is quiet and well maintained.

As a Swede I give this 9/10

Pros: Very well cleaned, very good quality of the facility (felt newly renovated), we had kitchen and made our own breakast. Well functioning AC. Good location. We felt safe. I have high standard and a deem this place very good and price-worthy. I would definitivt recommend this. /Alexander from Sweden 🇸🇪
