Cons: - It took quite a while sometimes for the water to heat up. No big deal, but keep in mind before entering the shower cabin :). - Low pressure for the tap in the kitchen (in the bathroom it was normal). Again no big deal, you'll just need a tad more patience. - Double-glazed windows would be a great idea for the future for the rooms and the kitchen, for better noise and temperature insulation. For example, there was a bird that woke us very early 2 days in a row. The sound was exacerbated by the echo made between the blocks.

Pros: The hospitality, you will find everything you need in the appartement like coffee, salt, sugar and some complementary products, watter. There are some shops just around the corner. Andrea, the host was really nice. We felt like home. The Collosseum is at 15 minutes away.
Cons: The sofa is incorfotable. The matress is really bad.

Great accomodation for a holiday in Rome
Pros: Great location in a nice neighborhood, a walking distance from Colosseum. Clean and convenient appartment for a family with 2 kids. Everything you need is in the apartement. The owners are very friendly and easily available. Warm recommendation!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with bus stops nearby, which made it easy to explore the city. Restaurants and shops were also within walking distance. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Pros: Everything was great! :)) The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for cooking, including things like oil and salt, which is very convenient for a traveler like me as I don’t have to buy them separately. There were also various snacks and drinks provided. Andrea is a fantastic host. We visited Rome with children, and he found and sent us suggestions for activities and playgrounds near the apartment that we could visit. The Colosseum is only a 15-minute walk away, truly an excellent location for an apartment, highly recommended. An amazing experience in Rome :))

Pros: We stayed at the end of December for 6 days. The house is a 20-minute walk from Circus Maximus and the Colosseum. The metro is a 15-minute walk away. It is easy to reach the Vatican and the Trevi Fountain by metro. It is easy to reach everywhere by bus and metro. We thank you for the refreshments. The house has everything you will use on a daily basis (washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, air conditioner, TV .…). Our host Andrea came and picked us up from the metro on the first day. Even though it was New Year's Eve, he waited for us in the cold. he was in constant communication with us before and during the trip and was informative. Thank you Andrea and his wife. If I come to Rome again, I would stay there again.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to many attractions. The apartment is clean, has everything necessary for a stay. The apartment owner is a pleasant and communicable person. He quickly answered all questions and helped to choose a route to have an interesting time in Rome.

Great and accomodating
Pros: The host Andrea was very helpful and accomodating. We were travelling with 2 small kids and he helped us out with our luggage so we didn't have to walk with them all the way to apartment. Also on the last day, arranged us a drive to airport, becouse there wasn't taxis avalable and city public transport was on strike. What a great help! Location of the apartment was great, especially on that price range. All in all, a great stay! Thanks Andrea.

I would like to stay here again
Pros: Almost everything was perfect. Accurate instructions made our time in Rome really comfortable and easy. Frederic’s also helped us with understanding how to reach our plane because of the strike in the airport.
Cons: A little bit uncomfortable to sleep on sofa in the small room. It has quite loud springs, so made us waken.
