Pros: The manager Alessandro was very nice and kind person. He met us as soon as we got there from airport. He showed where grocery and always was available. The location is a mazing. 15-30 minutes walk from everything. We were family with 2 kids under 10 and they did all this walking very easily! The apartment had everything you need for 10 days. Beds and sheets and towels were fresh and well done and looked new! Hot water and washing machine all the time worked perfectly ! Kitchen had some tea coffee and oil.. so you don’t need to think about buying everything for cooking. Very quiet street! We had a great time at that place! Thank you for wonderful hospitality!

Pros: Ήταν καθαρό και σε βολική τοποθεσία με 2 σταθμούς μέτρο κοντά και στάσεις λεωφορείων.Η γειτονιά έχει απ' όλα από σούπερ μάρκετ μέχρι εστιατόρια. Είναι ήσυχη η γειτονιά.Το ασανσέρ είναι πρόβλημα αν είστε 4μελης οικογένεια (πρέπει να μπαίνετε δύο δύο).

Cons: Το σπίτι θέλει κάποιες εργασίες (μικρές αλλά θέλει).Δεν κλείνει η πόρτα του μπάνιου.Το καζανάκι όταν γεμίζει πιτσιλαει...

Pros: 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist die neue Metro Station. Diese ist nur 1 Station von der U-Bahn Colosseum entfernt. In der Nähe viele Restaurants und Pizzerien vorhanden.

Pros: Квартира просторная, чистая и уютная — есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Достаточно посуды, что очень удобно.

Cons: Из нюансов — хотелось бы, чтобы дверь в ванную закрывалась на ключ и в душевой была дверь. Также стоит учитывать, что до метро немного далековато.

Piacevole soggiorno romano nel quartiere di San Giovanni

Pros: Appartamento collocato nel bel quartiere di San Giovanni, vicino a negozi, ristoranti, supermercati, e non lontano dalla fermata della metropolitana. In poco tempo, inoltre, si raggiunge a piedi il centro storico. La casa è molto silenziosa, sia di giorno che di notte, pulita, arredata in modo simpatico, e ben accessoriata. Molto comodo il balcone, anche per asciugare i panni, visto che in Italia, purtroppo, non usano le asciugatrici. Solleciti e disponibili sia il padrone di casa, Alessandro, che il collaboratore Marius. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: alla prossima!

Pros: Хорошее расположение. Тихий район, рядом с центром. В пешей доступности, рядом два супермаркета. Приятный хозяин разрешил оставить багаж в номере на несколько часов после выселения!
