Would come back here for shure

Pros: We had a wonderful few days staying at this apartment in Rome! The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, public transport, and many of the city’s main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome!

Very lovely, comfortable and warm space with very friendly and direct staff!

Pros: Everything was super spacious and very clean. The staff was very lovely and informing and the discounts were appreciated although not used. There was air conditioning however it wasn’t needed since the space was naturally warm.

Cons: The neighbours were a bit loud and it was a little noticeable due to thin walls.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Our group of 10 adults enjoyed our stay, having 4 bathrooms made busy mornings a breeze.Location was great and we found 2 amazing reasturants close by.We would definatly recomend gregory house to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a great little part of Rome. Internet conection was great

Cons: We only had 2 keys for 10 guests

Zorgeloos wonen met gratis parkeren op straat.

Pros: Appartement met lift. Veel slaapkamers (groot) met ieder eigen airco en een eigen badkamer+toilet. Bushalte voor de deur. Loopafstand naar het vaticaan.

Cons: De wasmachine in de keuken heeft een slot en mag dus niet gebruikt worden (staff only).

Sistemazione ottima

Pros: Sono stata in viaggio con miei parenti. Eravamo 3 famiglie e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La sistemazione ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze e la titolare ha interagito con me con gentilezza e disponibilità. L' appartamento si trova in un punto ottimo, vicinissimo alla stazione, a pochi passi dal Vaticano e con fermata bus per il centro storico proprio all' uscita dal palazzo. Consigliatissimo!

Cons: I cornetti vuoti compresi nella colazione. Per avere quelli con crema abbiamo pagato 1,5 euro di differenza, praticamente il prezzo intero del cornetto superpieno in altri bar. La macchinetta del caffè è una semplice caffettiera enorme che sconsiglio perché il caffè viene malissimo. Il lettino della mia camera era piccolissimo e non adatto a mio figlio di 20 anni. In uno dei 4 bar non c'è il bidet.

Pros: appartamento in posizione comoda, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata delle ferrovie di san pietro, ed in 15 minuti si è già in piazza san pietro. situato in una zona tranquilla, dotata di tutti i servizi a portata di mano. ogni stanza ha il suo bagno e le camere sono spaziose. comunicazioni con lo staff rapide e precise, nessun problema da rilevare

Pros: Der Kontakt zum Personal war super und alle kö nten fließend Englisch sprechen. Das Check-in und check-out waren problemlos. Das Apartment war groß, jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer war vorhanden. Direkt vor der Tür war eine Bushaltestelle, womit man in die Stadt fahren konnte. Der Vatikan war nicht weit, zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und schräg gegenüber befand sich eine bewachte Garage, wo wir das Auto bedenkenlos parken könnten, kostete jedoch 25€ pro 24h.

Cons: Die Küche und der Kühlschrank waren leider nicht so sauber und die Betten waren nicht so bequem. Die Badezimmer waren auch schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
