Pros: The apartment is nice, big enough for me, my husband and our 4 years old daughter. Location is very good.

Cons: The apartment was not clean, I had to use the vacuum cleaner and then wash the floor, as it was not clean, especially the bathroom, where there were dry stains of urine near the toilet. The entire floor was sticky. There was not even a mop, but a sweep with a cloth on the top of it. The owner also did not take off his shoes while showing us the apartment. This might be or not usual in Italy, but in Romania it is not, and my daughter is sitting a lot on the floor. Also, he mentioned that there is no more coffee capsules left and he will come back to bring some, I asked hil next morning and I did not get any answer back until the day of checkout, meaning 2 days later, when he brought them in the last morning, right before checkout, leaving them in the front of the door, without letting us know. Btw, the owner lives in the same building, I took it as a lack of interest. Walls were quity dirty too, it is just a visual issue, but still… Not enough cutlery to be able to cook.

Extremely comfortable, great location to visit Rome.

Pros: The property was extremely comfortable and had all the facilities and room needed for our family. The property was very secure. Our host was very friendly and extremely helpful. It was great to have washing facilities and an ironing board. The property is in walking distance to Roma Termini and about 25 minutes walk to key sites such as Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend this property.

Pros: EASY TO GET IN . IT WAS AN IKEA APARTMENT. NICE AND CLEAN , AND EVERYTHING IN ORDER. NOT TOO MANY THINGS AROUND, WHICH WE LIKED.

Cons: THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE WATER. I RAN OUT OF WATER WHEN I WAS SHOWERING. IT WAS 4 OF US AND THE WASHING MACHINE. WE GOT AROUND THE PROBLEM AND NOW SHOWERED KIDS AT NIGHT, ADULTS IN THE MORNING AND LEFT THE MACHINE RUNNING WHILE WE WERE OUT VACATIONING ROME.

Great location and lovely apartment for families

Pros: Great location near to train station and lots of places to eat. Had everything we needed - a cot, washing machine & dryer. Clean and comfortable apartment. Owner communicated well with us via WhatsApp whenever we had queries.

Cons: Kitchen equipment could be cleaner eg. some of the pots in the drawer were dusty. The kettle also had sediments inside. Other than this we were satisfied with the stay.

Great location at the top of via nazionale and near republican metro station

Pros: The apartment was modern clean and comfortable, Antonio was very helpful and came to the apartment to explain how to use the heating etc

A nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: We loved the location - close to the train, bus station and metro stop and not too far to walk to many of the main attractions. The host was easily reached when we had a bit of trouble with using the keys when we first arrived.

Great space & location for exploring & enjoying Rome

Pros: We stayed with our 2 kids and we loved the space - spacious, modern, clean & fresh feeling. Big windows with option to close dark shutters. Nice bathroom and love that there was a washing machine/ dryer. Flexible check-in & check-out. Great A/C in both rooms. Clean linens. Amazing location!! We had a lovely few days in Rome. We especially appreciate the comfy & clean travel crib with full bedding that the host set up for our little one. Thank you:)

Cons: Almost everything was great, just a few suggestions that would be appreciated by guests when paying this price (especially short-term guests who don't want to waste time shopping): - paper towel, sponge, dish soap, cleaning spray, salt, 2 coffee pods for the first day Also... - floor & kitchen rug were kind of dirty which was an issue since we have a crawling baby. - more specific instructions for the keys & locks of the middle door ahead of time would be nice.
