Princess house Roma

Pros: The location was close enough to walk from the train station and allowed us to walk many of the points of interest. We only needed the metro to go to Vatican City. The elevator to get to the 3rd floor was quaint and could only hold 2 people or 1 person and a bag. It was a step back in time.

Cons: The shower was a little small and required careful navigation as it felt cramped.

We were very happy to stay in this apartment, everything was great

Pros: Spacious apartment with a good location 10 minutes from Termini station, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. It was nice to see a bottle of wine as a gift. There is everything you need for life: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and coffee capsules and tea, which was also very nice. The hosts are good, they responded to messages quickly and efficiently. I would come back here again and recommend these apartments to my friends

Cons: The bed was unstable, the air conditioners didn't work very fast

Pros: This is a lovely spacious apartment conveniently located a short distance from Termini station with easy access by foot or public transport to the sites of Rome. The hosts were very nice, easy to contact and responded quickly. It has all the conveniences you need including coffeemaker and kitchenware.

Cons: The only possible drawback to consider is that it is located on a main road so there is a certain amount of street noise. This did not bother us and would impact any hotel in the same area.

Pros: Marvellous location near to many attractions and public transport. Exactly like the photos. Also liked the bottle of wine left for us. Helpful host

Perfect location and place.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is inside, even washing and dish washing mashines, coffee mashine, big bathroom, very spacious bedroom. Sofa was very comfortable for kid.

Cons: Except of unstable bed, everything else was very good.

Pros: Great cozy apartment with super smooth bedding and comfy beds. Coffee, tea and bathroom utensils provided plenty. Equipped with dishwasher, laundry mashine and TVs in every room. Convenient location. Full Rome experience. Host very responsive.

Pros: Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko Termini i stacji metra. Na piechotę można było dojść do każdego zabytku. Doszłyśmy nawet na Watykan. Przy tej samej ulicy obok jest kościół S. Paolo Entro le Mura, w którym są mozaiki Burne Jonesa i obywają się tam koncerty operowe. Niezapomniane przeżycie. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone z dobrym rozkładem - salon, sypialnia, łazienka, aneks kuchenny - bardzo stylowe. Kontakt z uprzejmym właścicielem miły i szybki. Uroczy prezent od właściciela w postaci Chianti umilił nam dodatkowo pobyt. I co dla nas najważniejsze mieszkanie czyste.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything we needed and very conveniently located for the bus line and metro station. We were met by the owners who graciously provided something cold to drink while they showed us around the apartment. I will definitely contact them again to stay if I am in Rome.

Pros: Fantastycznie położony, bardzo mili i sympatyczni właściciele. Bardzo ładnie urządzony i zaaranżowany apartament, wygodny i komfortowy. Idealna miejscówka do zwiedzania Rzymu, pod każdym względem: zabytki, zakupy, kulinaria. Zdecydowanie polecam!!!!!
