Great location. Clean and modern apt.

Pros: A very clean apt. Nice location with a bus stop just outside the door. Close to Terminal station. They allowed late checkout.

Cons: Lack of washing liquid. Lack of water or some treat on arrival. The late check in was charged 30euros even though we notified for the arrival time. This should have been handled by booking.com.

Pros: Good location. Easy to find. Clean house and nice bed. A lift to go up and down with baggage. Warm hospitality. Bus stop in front of the house so easy to travel. Some reviews made me worried about noise but the place was quiet.

Cons: You need an appointment to get keys as the host doesn't stay at/around the house. Poor drain of the washstand in the hall bathroom. Relatively small and narrow kitchen.

Pros: Premium location 1min walking from metro station . Near downtown . Host extremely available and supportive in all questions.

Cons: The only remark relates to the comfort of some matress that could be improved.

Very good for families and groups of 4 to 6.

Pros: We had a relaxing and convenient stay at CS Termini. Close to Repubblica metro and roma termini. Very good for family stay. 2 toilet and bath! 3 TVs!! Beds are comfy. Enough space for 4. Washing machine is really helpful. Heater does it work for winter. No noise from streets. We are at L4. Note, we have our own dishwashers and detergent. Kitchen is good for basic cooking.

Cons: Wifi can be improved. Always disconnects and slow, though we have mobile data so didn't cause us problems.

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location, very easy to go around, lots of stores around the apartment . The train station is 10 min walk, and there is a great coffee shop across the road. The apartment is very nice, convenient, the 2 bathrooms are great. We had a great time and we highly recommend it.

Cons: The kitchen was well stocked with the needed equipment and even Nespresso machine but it would great to have Makineta for the coffee ☺️

Pros: The location is the best. Just next to Termini station. The apartment was very good, clean , comfortable. Had hot water. Very good apartment.

Cons: We once got stuck in the building, maybe due to building lock problem, and it took us a while to get out to the street.

Great position and great value, would stay again.

Pros: Very central location and positioned well for short walks to a lot of the main attractions. Very close to the rail way network and the metro which is cheap and easy to get to Vatican City. Plenty of retail outlets and restaurants as well as supermarkets if your looking to be a bit more self supportive.

Cons: One of the rooms is just over the gelatist so expect some music 😊. We had to bring some salt pepper sugar dishwashing and laundry detergents as there wasn’t any…

Excellent apartment at a top location

Pros: We were warmly welcomed by the agent who was waiting at the door for our arrival. The spacey apartment is comfortable and clean, has good beds and a decent bathroom. There is a TV available in each room. The location is absolutely excellent. Many of the famous sights are within walking distance. The metro station is literally around the corner, and the train station is also within walking distance. Many restaurants are scattered around the place as well. An excellent Italian ice cream shop is situated underneath the apartment. The front door of the apartment building is in a main street (not an alley).

This property is worth it, don’t wait to book it.
