Incredibly apartment in amazing location

Pros: The location was amazing. The property was very large, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for hosting a group of 6!

Fabulous Apartmemt

Pros: Everything about the apartment was amazing! Clean, comfortable and so central. Perfect for a grouo of friends. The two bedrooms, two bathroooms were ideal! Would go back here and will be reccomending it to everyone!

Pros: 10 minutes walk from Rome Termini train station. 2nd floor with elevator. The Apartment was so much bigger than we expected. 2 bedrooms and heaps of room. Really large dining room. No oven. Microwave and toaster. We were met at the apartment and shown through. Contact with management was via WhatsApp and worked well. Big size Refrigerator and freezer. Washing machine. Had a Kettle, plates, side plates, & Utensils Air conditioning was good. 2 X toilets. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were soft. Wardrobe space was good. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. WiFi was very good, but signal decreased slightly in the kitchen area ( because the place was big we think). Double windows and heavy drapes made for a quiet place. Across the road from ‘McDonald’s and close to restaurants, and 15 minutes walk to the Forum/Colleseum. A perfect place to stay.

Cons: Previous reviews mention that the shower could do with a shelf for shampoo etc. I agree, but it’s not a negative.

Pleasant stay - good value for money - some improvements can be made

Pros: Super location. Very clean, well furnished and spacious. Very well lighted. ACs were good. The lift was small and quaint but working! The kitchen had all the appliances including the washing machine. Leaving two washing pods was a nice touch! Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons: The bathrooms can be improved a lot. Two basins in the larger bathroom are an overkill. And being shallow, they splatter water all around. One of them can be removed and the freed-up space used for keeping toiletries. The bathing area could do with a corner shelf for shower gel etc. Replacing the soaps with soap gel dispensers in all the bathrooms would make it more eco-friendly and less messy. The temperature control of the hot water is a bit jerky with significant lag time, probably because it's a gas geyser. The kitchen should have at least 1-2 more sockets to run the microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, and coffee maker together. Keeping basic grocery like some sugar etc. would help guests tide over day-1.

Practical and average comfort

Pros: The location of the apartment is magnificent. Such a nice spot, everything is close and very good connected. It is perfect for families. The decoration is also beautiful, the building brings you back to the 60's with the old-elevator and the wooden details. Good to find soap for the washing machine also 🫶🏻

Cons: Culinary items were not very appropriate for six people. Also at night you could hear many noises from the street (normal being at Roma's center). The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable to sleep, hard to sleep three night on it 🙉.

However, it’s nice if the owner fix the water from showerhead :)

Pros: big spacious apartment, in handy location convenient to restaurants and station. host was welcoming and helpful

Cons: minor issue - we couldn’t adjust the heating so found it very warm.

the stay was pleasant and cozy

Pros: the localization. the apartment is close to the main tourist attractions

Cons: the showers were not working perfectly. the water was hot and cold and in one bathroom only the small shower worked
