Amazing stay in Rome

Pros: It's a wonderful place to stay close to Rome city center and station. It's quite in the night, as windows face the inner yard. The cieling is high, so the room doesn't feel small and stuffy. Also it was quite warm in the room in the winter, which was nice. There were also toiletries, like toothpaste and toothbrush provided, which was a great addition to the stay. The owner allowed us to stay after check out a bit, as he didn't have guests, which is simple gesture, but very rare nowadays.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Location, clean, everything I needed for a short stay, nice host

People need to realise this isn’t a hotel and so there’s no permanent staff. You need to coordinate your check in accord

Cons: Fittings in the room could be taken care of better.

Excellent central Rome accommodation, quiet, great host

Pros: Excellent, central Rome accommodation - my host was helpful (had an early flight in and he met me well before check in so I could get changed and leave my bag there while I went exploring), and gave some very good food and drink location tips. Room was quiet and large. Will definitley stay here on my return

Pros: Was met promptly outside the building by Giuseppe. It is a convenient location for arriving/departing via Termini station. Good position also for walking to the attractions of Rome. We didn't need buses etc. The kitchen with a fridge was useful as was the microwave oven.

Pros: The room was very nicely decorated. Obviously, Giuseppe has excellent taste. The kitchen was nice. Everything we needed was close by, or within walking distance. Giuseppe contacted us before and during our stay and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Pepe's Place and will be recommending it to all of our friends and anyone else visiting Rome 👍 Giuseppe is an amazing host 😊

Cons: Everything was fine, but guests have to remember to shut the inside doors of the lift. Otherwise, it stops the lift from working, but that is not Giuseppe's fault

Enjoyed my stay very much.

Pros: The first thing that impressed me was the lift(feels like I was tranported back in time),so cute. I like the quiet and privacy. The room was a very good size and very clean. And the pillows are so comfy too. And lastly,Guiseppe was so accommodating and very helpful,making sure the room as prepared and someone is available to welcome me when I arrive(guiding me to find the place) and even recommending nearby restaurants to try around the area.

Friendly and supportive host, clean and tidy accommodation

Pros: Location and proximity to Rome Termini, metro and all the important sight seeing destinations

Pros: Excellent location near Termini train station and Colosseum etc. Excellent communication by kind and friendly host. Quiet, clean and spacious room.
