Great rooms, amazing owner, safe and secure with great location!

Pros: What a fantastic property this is! The owner Kim was so helpful when checking me in and explained everything. He even gave me a suggested itinerary for the length of my stay which was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely - an extremely comfortable bed and pillows! Everything was perfectly clean. Having cold water and juice in the fridge was such a lovely touch on arrival and was perfect after a long travel. There is an elevator however it is also just 1 flight of stairs if you don’t like elevators. The location to Termini station is great and the shuttle bus I took to the airport was around a 4 minute walk from the apartment! I felt safe here as a solo female traveller which is most important of course.

Cons: Nothing at all, I would recommend here

Pros: Everything was perfect – the accommodation and the services from the very beginning. The man who welcomed us was very helpful and gave us many useful tips about what to visit. Even though breakfast was not included in the price, we got it for free – coffee, tea, water, juices, croissants, Nutella, and fruit. We were also very surprised that the room was cleaned every day. After check-out, there was no problem with storing our luggage. Everything was really great, and we would be happy to come again.

Excellent accommodation

Pros: Kim is a very kind person and welcomes guests really well. The room is great—spacious, clean, and well-lit. The shower is excellent. Staying here is a great value for the money. It's close to Termini Station, and you can easily walk to all the main sights in Rome.

Pros: A comfortable room with a good location near Termini and metro station. Tidy with a free italian style breakfast and a very professional host.

Cons: No complaints.

A Great Rome Guest House

Pros: The guest house was in good area quite close to Roma Termini. Kim, the host, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Offering a map and plenty of sightseeing advice which was very helpful for my limited time. The room, although small, had everything necessary for my 4 night stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location, super friendly host, practical and comfortabel place to stay

Pros: Kim was so friendly! He offered us a free Breakfast. I was happy we could dit outside on the tarrace to enjoy it. I liked the room. And it’s walking distance from termini.

spotless, great location, amazing host

Pros: We had an amazing stay!🥰 The place was spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and within walking distance of everything in Rome. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — I’m still dreaming about those vanilla croissants! Kim is the most wonderful host we’ve ever met. He welcomed us so warmly that we truly felt at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended! 🌟

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super comfortable and cleaned daily. It's in a great location, close to the city center and Termini Station. Kim was an amazing host—very kind, understanding, and welcoming. He treated us to fresh croissants in the morning and went out of his way to help with check-in and check-out. He even surprised us before our return trip, which was such a lovely touch. We’re really grateful and would absolutely recommend staying here
