Very good stay in a great location

Pros: Me and my family (wife and two kids) enjoyed a lot this apartament. It's very well located, near Vatican and Via Cola di Rienzo (shopping street) and close to Lepanto metro station. The neighboorhood is calm and really nice. The apartment is located in the interior part of the building, in the ground floor. You need to use its curtains to hide you from passing neighbours. Nevertheless, it's a very spacious apartament with air conditioning and properly isolated: you have confort regardless the weather. All essentials provided: shampoo, gel, coffee, water, etc. Munsi waited for us and was very nice and helpfull. To sum up, it's a simple and functional apartament, nothing luxurious, but good value for money.

Cons: In general it was clean, but it wasn't perfect on that matter.

A comfortable stay in a great location

Pros: Very well situated - Superb location - Clean - Convenient transport nearby - Comfy bed - Nice courtyard - Nice outdoor flea market at the weekend - Friendly and helpful host

Cons: Nothing out of the ordinary, but could put more hangers for clothes and additional towels. A few mugs would be handy. The shower had a leak.

Pros: Everything is perfect but what makes the place special is the humanity and courtesy of Munsi. His welcome was extraordinary and alone would deserve 100, plus the apartment is modern, comfortable, clean, very close to St. Peter, in short everything is perfect and the price is more than fair.

Confortable pour 4 personnes qui n’ont pas prévu manger sur place.

Pros: Appartement confortable, très bien situé (10 min à pieds de métro, 20 min à pieds de La Basilique St Pierre, quartier calme mais avec des restaurants, cafés etc). On a apprécié la disposition de l’appartement et la grande hauteur sous plafond. Il est accessible à quelqu’un à mobilité réduite - rez-de-chaussée, aucune marche).

Cons: Manque d’équipements de base pour cuisiner de façon sereine - pas de liquide vaisselle, aucun torchon, peu d’ustensiles… J’ai lu un commentaire similaire qui datait de 6 mois dans lequel la personne précise que le propriétaire a répondu qu’il va y remédier… Et non, ce n’est toujours pas fait. Dommage.

Pros: Appartement clair, propre, bien rénové et plutôt bien situé, à côté du Vatican et du Château Saint Ange, dans un quartier calme et sympathique avec beaucoup de petits restaurants pas trop chers. Il donne sur une mignonne cour intérieure, ce qui ajoute au charme et fait qu'on n'entend pas les bruits de la rue. Il est bien équipé pour faire la cuisine pour 4 personnes, et possède une machine à café avec quelques dosettes fournies. Nous y sommes allés en hiver, et nous avons apprécié le chauffage.

Cons: Le canapé lit dans le salon manque un peu de confort. Le matelas est un peu creux d'un côté.
