Perfect Stay Just Steps from the Colosseum!

Pros: I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved the location. It’s just a short walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum, which made sightseeing so easy. The area is full of history and charm, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. Despite being in a central area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome.

Cons: No breakfast.

Pros: Beautiful old school Roman apartment, beautifully decorated and looked after

Cons: Only one toilet roll for 5 people and 3 days, no body wash. We had to buy these ourselves.

Pros: The property manager was lovely and really helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed as travellers and super close to the colosseum and shopping.

Cons: My only issue was the beds weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise everything else was great.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful home. So happy to stay in a real home rather than same as everywhere else Hotel style room. Location was great, close to all but out of the hecticness of tourists. Loved sitting in the gorgeous living area with such character and charm.

Cons: Only thing is that the air-conditioning in the larger room struggled to cool it down (think wardrobe was blocking the cool air) so it was a bit hot to sleep at night in that room. Otherwise perfect.

Pros: It was a lovely Italian apartment, well decorated we felt like at home. Good location, 8 minutes walk from Coloseum. Fast WiFi and well cleaned.

Very good location

Pros: The flat is very close to the Colosseum. I walk everywhere around; no bus is needed. However, for some people, some places can be farther away. Additionally, the flat is on a very calm street and in a very calm neighborhood. We could not hear any neighbors, which was nice. Very safe. Near the house, there is a bicycle rental spot which is very convenient. During check-out, you can leave the key inside, which is nice as we check out super early.

Cons: Uncomfortable pillows and mattress in one of the rooms. No supplies such as shower gel, for example. I do understand that it is not mandatory, but usually in rented flats, we do find shower gels and shampoo and it is very nice, especially when you pay so much money for the stay. Small kitchen but there is dining room.

Pros: Location was brilliant amazing to be so close to the colosseum. Apartment had a very authentic Italian home feel to it which I enjoyed.

Cons: Would of been nice to have a double bed rather than 2 single beds put together the beds slid apart slightly so just was uncomfortable to be in the middle of the bed.

Pros: The apartment was very charming. The location was close to many tasty restaurants, supermarket and of course the Colosseum. We were grateful for the air conditioner. The lift was very convenient too.

Cons: The shower was a bit small, but no other issues.
