Nice hotel but you pay for the benefit off the location

Pros: Hotel located in great location enabling us to walk to both the Olympic Stadium for the rugby and the Vatican

Cons: Price was a little expensive but then again it was a rugby international weekend so in the end understandable

Pros: Overall, it's a pleasant hotel. This is our second stay. The first time was 10 years ago. Good location. Quiet street in the city center. The hotel is a bit tired. Nothing has changed in 10 years, but that's probably to be expected in the Eternal City. However, some renovations and updates could be done. The furniture is a bit tired, the breakfast is modest, and the room service isn't the best. However, the lobby bar is good and open until midnight. The reception staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are cleaned well, but the bathtub is small and not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and friendly staff!

Pros: The location is fantastic with easy access to the sightseeing of Rome, but a bit off the bitten track in a quiet street. Many good restaurants nearby. Beautiful rooftop terrace and small gym to excercise in the morning. Decent breakfast and very kind staff.

Cons: It could be renovated a little bit, especially the shower.

Overall a great hotel in a great location.

Pros: The staff were always cheerful and ready to help. The breakfast was excellent and hailing a taxi was easy. The location was near to everything.

Cons: I was travelling with 7 people and had specified specific 4 rooms with 2 single beds each but when I arrived no such instructions had been received.

Great location and exceptional staff

Pros: Breakfast was nice, the location was good, the room was huge and really clean. The staff were exceptional giving us lots of advice about where to eat and how to get where we wanted to go.

Cons: Our room was fairly dark, being an inside room with windows to the internal courtyard. Well appointed though with comfortable beds.

A comfortable and easy hotel to stay in located in a quiet area but within easy access to all

Pros: Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice so able to vary it over four days. The bar staff were very attentive and it was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day for a glass of wine.

Cons: The view from the room on floor 6 was not very appealing. It overlooked a tunnel of rooms from the outside dining area up to the roof top. It was quite claustrophobic and we were at the top.
