Perfect location for a family to stay, close to everything!
Pros: The apartment was located close to the train and was an excellent location to be based for a week in Rome. It has AMAZING painted ceilings in the bedrooms. There’s a washer and dryer combo with a few laundry pods which were much appreciated during the middle of our vacation. The kitchen had everything needed to make food ourselves and there were a few staples like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc which was great. The bedrooms especially the master were spacious and provided lots of floor space for suitcases. As we stayed for a week, a broom or dustpan would have been handy to help keep the kitchen area tidy during our stay.
Cons: Quite a few of the glasses, dishes and cutlery were dirty which could have been the previous person staying. We had to do the dishes before we could use them. Everything else was pretty clean. Getting into the property took around 15 min which was a little frustrating with tired children, as the key box is past the main front door and you have to call a (free call) phone number to open the door. Unfortunately our international data plans on our phones wouldn’t do this, so we ended up having to download an app, load money onto it and make the phone call to open the front door. Hopefully this info helps other guests.

An enjoyable stay
Pros: Fantastic location, 5 min walk to Barberini Metro. It is within walking distance to Spagna, the forum, Trevi, Pantheon, Roma Termini, and a lot of the churches, museums and sights. It is right opposite the Palazzo Barberini. It’s on the ground floor so not too many steps. Close to 2 Pam supermarkets. Taxi rank is around the corner. The flat was spotless. Each bedroom has an air conditioner/ heater. The main bedroom is very large. The bathroom is large. The water pressure is excellent. The hot water tank is of reasonable capacity. The washing machine is large. Check in process was smooth. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
Cons: The only negative issue relates to noise and dust generated by the flat opposite our flat. That flat is being renovated. It is being completely gutted and redecorated. They have just started gutting the place. Every morning on a weekday, workers turned up at 6am. We could hear them walking and talking. From 8am, drilling and construction noises began. The noise was relentless. Dust drifted into our flat via the gaps in the door.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location in Rome. Would happily stay here again.
Pros: Great location, lovely apartment with plenty of space and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Very responsive and friendly hosts. We were grateful for the later check out to accommodate our activities on the morning of our departure. Thankyou for the wonderful stay - our first time visiting Rome & we would love to come back! Informative directions/information provided for check-in too made it easy.
Cons: A few small additions would be helpful e.g. dishwashing liquid, a tea-towel to dry dishes & dishcloth. But these were minor things as there is a dishwasher, and we mostly ate out. When I requested these things from the host, they were very quick to respond and were happy to supply. Unfortunately, the timing of providing them though did not easily occur but this was of little bother as we settled in well and had a very comfortable stay. The only other thing was some traffic noise from the street but in central Rome what else would you expect! Thankyou!

Pros: It’s not our first time staying here and we are more than satisfied with our stay. The location is flawless, close to almost every cultural spot (galleries, museums, etc.) If given a chance, we would absolutely love to visit this place once more.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
Pros: The location of this apartment is excellent, a short 15 minute walk to Trevi and 5 minutes to Barberini metro station. Apartment is located on the first floor and required a small walk up some wide stairs which were very easy. The kitchen had everything you need to make simple dishes and sandwiches. Fridge is full size. Convenience store 50 feet away, supermarket 4 blocks away. The main bedroom is very large. The security in the building and the room is excellent. The host was excellent in communications.
Cons: I actually don't have anything negative to say about this apartment other than if you open the windows you get street traffic noise but that's the charm of being in the middle of Rome. With windows closed you hearing nothing.

Great place to base yourself in Rome, close to transport or can walk to a lot of key tourist places.
Pros: Awesome location , trains, metro and buses all very close, comfortable and clean, easy to access and the host was easy to contact and responded really quickly.
Cons: Would be good to have coffee pods for the Nespresso machine.

Good stay after a rough start.
Pros: The apartment was self-catering, so no breakfast was supplied. The location is very central, opposite the Palazzo Barberini museum and near a Metro station and buses as well as a short walk to the CBD. However it was on the first floor, so very noisy with passers-by, and a bit insecure if windows were left open.
Cons: Our arrival was marred by a dispute over the amount of city tax to pay, as the owner revised the amount requested by booking.com and already paid up front. A tense standoff of a couple of hours passed before the owner decided to waive the extra amount, and this was very uncomfortable. Then the shower only delivered boiling water, but the owner responded with a handyman quite promptly. The remaining 7 days were enjoyable; convenient close transport, plenty of local restaurants, museums and shopping. We loved being in Rome once again.
