A wonderful stay, accompanied by a brilliant host and brilliant location

Pros: The host was amazing, so friendly and accommodating with our friends arriving early. An amazing guy always at the end of the phone when needed and so hospitable.

Cons: The property was spacious and felt like a home, not a guest house.

Great location, spaciuos appartment, generous owner

Pros: The authentic atmosphere of the apartnent, the spaciuos rooms, plenty of plates and cutlery, a coffee machibe, big refrigeratir, a lovely huge terrace. The owner Christian was so nice, supplying addresses of good restaurants and bars, arranging a close garage for our car. The location of the Spanish garden - 5 minutes walk into the historic center.

Really nice stay and would return 🇮🇹

Pros: Location was great. Host super helpful with fantastic gluten free recommendations. Apartment so spacious with huge ceilings. Garden/terrace was a total bonus and super relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Facilities like washer, iron and hairdryer was great.

Cons: Kitchen was quirky just squeezed in a large cupboard space. We didn’t use it massively so didn’t affect us. Washing machine was super handy as our last stop. Bathroom on the small size as mentioned in previous reviews and in need of some TLC. Not sure if upgrades previously mentioned have been done as some pics look same. General condition I felt needed a little TLC and update (sockets, painting and little repairs). None of this affected our stay and I would return however if was my property I would strive for exceptional and these things would make the difference 😊

Family stay in a Rome Palazzo

Pros: The space and location were exactly what was needed for our long weekend in Rome. We were able to comfortably walk our suitcases from the train station to the apartment with our 4yr old in tow. Cristian gave clear instructions for access to the apartment where we promptly dropped bags and headed to the closest restaurant, for the best carbonara I’ve ever tasted! The apartment is spacious with the most incredible roof terrace. It is located in a quiet street and inside the apartment you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of a capital city. We got a day pass on the jump on/off bus but the only time we used it was to get from the Colosseum to the Vatican. Everything is walkable. We had to get to the airport early the morning of departure and Cristian organised us a driver with easy instruction on key drop.

Perfect stay in beautiful Rome!

Pros: Everything was perfect. The owner, Christian was particularly helpful and attentive. He was there to meet us when we arrived and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options. He was also easily contactable. Thank you for a memorable trip to Rome!

Great host. Great location. Big apartment.

Pros: The place is good and host was really nice and helpful. It slightly need a cosmetic renovation but those small things will not affect your staying in any way. Recommend to stay at Spanish Garden.

The property is in a prime location and the host was great and told us loads of places to eat and drink, we also arrived

Pros: The property was in a prime location to visit everything to see in Rome, loads of shops and restaurants around the apartment so made it easy for nights out with children

Cons: The property was very nice and very clean with everything you would need for your stay with a lovely large terrace to sit out on
