Each room has its own balcony. It is fully equipped with anything you may need. It is very clean and well maintained.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Pros: Appartamento in ottime condizioni, attrezzato di tutto il necessario e anche di più, comoda la palestra condominiale e il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo.

Pros: The apartment was impressively clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The decor was tasteful, and all amenities were in excellent condition, which greatly enhanced our stay. The host’s attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and organized was much appreciated, and the overall ambiance made it a pleasant place to relax

Cons: The air conditioning in the property needs improvement. The controls were unresponsive, and on one night, all the air conditioners shut off unexpectedly, which made our stay uncomfortable. I recommend repairing or replacing the air conditioning units to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Schöne 3 Tage in Rom mit Familie

Pros: Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und bietet zudem einen praktischen Parkplatz in der angrenzenden Garage. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés, Supermärkte, Apotheken sowie einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur etwa zwei Gehminuten entfernt – von dort gelangt man in etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Die Busse verkehren regelmäßig im 10- bis 20-Minuten-Takt.

Cons: Leider war unser Zimmer bei Ankunft noch nicht wie vereinbart bezugsfertig. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung, vor allem im Hinblick auf den hohen Standard, etwas sauberer sein. In der Dusche ist bereits Schimmel sichtbar, und auch die Balkone würden von einer gründlicheren Pflege profitieren. Die Umgebung gehört nicht zu den schönsten – auf dem nahegelegenen Spielplatz treffen sich teilweise auch Obdachlose und Menschen mit Alkoholproblemen. Dennoch haben wir uns zu keiner Zeit unsicher gefühlt, auch nicht am Abend. Etwas störend war allerdings die große Anzahl an Hundehinterlassenschaften auf den Gehwegen. Man muss wirklich sehr achtsam sein, um nicht hineinzutreten – so viele haben wir selten gesehen. Die dicht besiedelte Wohngegend scheint zudem kaum über Grünflächen oder Hundewiesen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu verfügen.

Cons: الموقع بس ماعجبني لانه بعيد عن كل شي والتنقل بروما بواسطة اوبر وبرامج التكسي توهقك احياناً يا انهم مايقبلون او يعطونك سعر فلكي

Magnifique et bien agencé !

Pros: Magnifique appartement, matériaux et finitions de qualité . Tout confort : machine à laver, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle.. .avec une terrasse incroyable ! Immeuble haut de gamme, sécurisé. Place de parking dans un garage fermé. Situé tout près de la gare d'où on peut prendre des trains, des bus, ou le tram pour se rendre dans le centre. Il faut compter 20 minutes environ jusqu'au terminus du tram 8. 30 minutes pour le colisee (bus 3) ou le Vatican. Super contact par whatsapp avec Salvatore qui est très présent, réactif et de bon conseil. Tout se fait simplement : check-in, check-out. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et cet appartement et son hôte y ont contribué. N'hésitez plus !

Pros: The host was super nice, explained everything in details, we arrived by car and there was a great parking spot for us. The apartment is the best we have stayed in whole of Italy! You have all the things you need and even more!
