Attico Esclusivo Trastevere with Rooftop Terrace

Recommended quiet but central apartment

Pros: We loved having so much space after a busy time sightseeing. It was well equipped, comfortable bed & full kitchen facilities. The balcony is beautiful & well shaded in the heat. Whilst out of the centre it's near lots of facilities & public transport, we got a week ticket to jump off & on whenever we wanted. The host's comms were quick & understood English really well.

Cons: Leaving, we'd love to return! Only improvement could be the option to request/pay for a late check out as we aren't early risers.

Perfect for travelers arriving late in the evening. (late check-in)

Pros: Excellent terrace to sit in the evening. Good and pleasant location - easy to get to the city center by tram. The nearest train station is also very close. Late check-in was very helpful.

Cons: Had some trouble opening the door lock for the first time but once figured out how to do it then it was easy.

Pros: Great apartment. Not far from the center. It is very convenient if you are in Rome for a short time, it is very convenient and quick to get from the airport.

Pros: The location was convenient to get to everywhere. It had all you needed. Elena was quick in responding, available and helpful. It was fair for its price.

Cons: The neighbourhood was ok, not so beautiful but easy to get everywhere. The apartment was nice, but somehow looks nicer in pictures. I am sure during summer time when not raining, the terrace is nice to have. The building does have an elevator but there is one more flight of steps with no elevator, for us it was no problem, but good to know.

Pros: Huge terrace with a great view and beautiful sunrises, close to the train station. Quiet despite the proximity to the street.

New apt in walking distance to trastevere train station

Pros: Fully equipped apartment in a very good location near the train station Trastevere on tram line 8 and Bus H and others. Lovely terrace. Newly renovated. Clear instructions for entry. Clean and well-attended. Would stay here again.

Cons: No teaspoons😉Stupid previous guests locked netflix completely.

Just perfect for a couple or single , for work or for pleasure for a short stay or longer stay .

Pros: The location, the view from the room ,comfort , and the clear communication with the team .

Cons: Could have been warned about the 10-15 steps one has to climb, just incase of any disability people may have or have heavy bags to carry . ( for future) as I did not have any problems at all

Wonderful stay in Rome, with private terrace and amazing view

Pros: Very comfortable and well-equipped studio with an amazing terrace. Elena is a great host, easy to communicate with. I really appreciated her flexibility around my check-in. Trastevere is less than 30 minutes by foot and the nearest train station is only a 5 minute walk, which is great if you travel by public transport and/or need to reach Fiumicino. Most of all, I loved the view from the terrace, while having breakfast or reading a book. I would love to come back.

Cons: Being a solo traveler, it is an expensive place to stay. But you do get value for money.

Pros: Everything was fine. Not so far from city centre. Very beautiful balcony. Clean and comfortable apartments.

Heerlijk centraal met geweldig uitzicht!

Pros: Elena had het allemaal perfect geregeld voor ons en reageerde snel op vragen. Het appartement is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven: dichtbij station Trastevere en tramhaltes richting het centrum en met een waanzinnig dakterras voor zonnige dagen. In- en uitchecken was makkelijk geregeld en Elena dacht met ons mee over de bagage, superfijn! Wij zouden dit appartement zeer aanbevelen!
