Luxury Trastevere gym & rooftop 5H

Pros: Online self Check-in. Gym & climate, as it was extreme warm Weather in Rom in June (36 C). Direct connection to the city Centre with tram No.8., only 5 min. walk from the Appartement. The tram takes 20 min. and goes every 15 min.

Cons: The building is very new, modern. The only thing was, that around it, it was not nice at all. A lot of rubbish, homeless, etc. What was missing in the kitchen, was the sharp knife! Our son was sleeping on the sleeping sofa, this one was definitely not fresh with the fresh beddings, we found some coins there… :( For such price, have to be everything perfect.

Perfect base from which to explore an amazing city.

Pros: The location was ideal, close to train station and local amenities. Very clean and secure building with pleasant and helpful staff on the front gate. The apartment was very homely, and had everything we needed to make our stay a relaxing experience. The terrace was a nice place to soak in the sights and sounds of Rome.

Cons: I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Pros: amazing place, great rooftop + 2 balconys in the apartment, everything nearby- tram stop - literally 50m away!

Pros: El departamento es muy lindo!! luminoso, bien decorado!! tiene un balcón muy agradable, estaba impecable!!! tiene todo lo necesario y todo es lindo y nuevo!! mención especial para el lavarropas y secarropas. El edificio me encanta!! ya estuve en otro departamento del mismo edificio y también me resultó muy bueno. Es moderno, luminoso, con recepción, gimnasio y terraza (que no utilicé, pero están disponibles). La cercanía con la estación de trenes Roma Trastevere es muy práctica para llegar desde el aeropuerto o conectar con Roma Términi u otras formas de transporte. También muy cerca varias líneas de bus que te conectan con toda la ciudad.

Cons: Me gustó todo! lo único que no me hizo sentir muy cómoda fue que el check out fuera a las 10 y sin flexibilidad, de hecho a las 10 nos tocó la puerta la persona que venía a hacer la limpieza y tuvimos que salir como apurados del departamento, con todo el equipaje, lo que fue un poco estresante.

Pros: Very modern, clean apartment with all the amenities you could want. Felt right at home! Great spot to unwind and very easy to get to the lively parts of Trastevere.

Pros: Apartment is excellent. Modern, clean and very well equipped. It is quite spacious and has a separate bedroom with a big double bed and a living room common with kitchen, where a big sofa is located. Sofa can be opened, becoming a bed for two persons. I have been in many similar apartments around Europe and I can say that this is far above expectations. Also, compound where the apartment belongs is new and modern, with various facilities, such as gym and rooftop, having also a security guard. Host was very helpful, assisting us with anything required. Even though never met her, since entrance is done electronically, she and her partner were there whenever we needed them.

Cons: Area is a little away from center and public transportation towards touristic places is not so convenient. We used some times the bus but since usually at least two buses should be taken, most of the times we decided to take a taxi, costing less than 15 euros. However, apartment is very close to train station, from where you can easily go to the airport. Also, by walking around 20 minutes you can go to Trastevere Center, where many restaurants and bars are located. Apartment was delivered to us at excellent condition being very clean. However, for our six days of staying, no any additional cleaning was provided. There was the option of being arranged by the owner with some extra cost. Usually, at similar places I had stayed, free cleaning and linen was offered every three days, which I believe that could also have been arranged here. However, must point out that a laundry machine and a dryer is available, where you can wash and dry anything you want. Major issue for me was the noise sometimes coming from the nearby street, even though apartment is located at fifth floor. Actually, at night some times police cars and ambulances sirens were heard. My understanding is that this is a common issue at Rome, however I believe that even though windows are new and of good standards, applying some noise insulation foam around their frame could reduce the noise coming from outside.

Pros: Apto moderno, novo, extremo bom gosto na decoração, confotável, boa localização, seguro. o grande diferencial está no atendimento da host propritária Annamaria. Simpática, educada, incansável em saber se estávamos precisando de algo ou alguma ajuda. parabéns annamaria.

Jolie petit condo un peu excentré

Pros: Petit appartement moderne avec balcon. A quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Trastevere. Dans un édifice sécurisé.

Cons: Très au sud du quartier Trastevere, il faut au moins 20-30 minutes pour se rendre dans le endroits plus touristiques; sinon il faut prendre un taxi ou un autobus. Le prix est élevé pour le quartier. Les rues adjacentes peuvent être bruyantes, mais la propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de fournir des bouchons d’oreilles.
