Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Simone was very friendly and gave some good advice on checking in.

Pros: The property was clean and had everything we needed from hairdryer, iron also tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. The property is in an ideal location and is only a short walk away from the colloseum (10-15mins) metro station at the end of the street where you can get to any of the sights. When we checked in Simone was very friendly and gave us some good advice on where things was and how to get there. When I go back to Rome I will definitely be returning to this property. Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's ideally located, just a short distance from the city center, making it very convenient to explore all the main attractions. The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.

Pros: Great location. Very comfy bed. Air con was superb.

Cons: Unfortunately I got woken up a few times by noise and people coming and going room across the hall. Not much can done I guess as it is an old building but be aware. Perhaps some signs about being quiet in the night and slamming doors etc.

Double bed and private bathroom, 15 min walk from Colosseum and clean sheets :)

Pros: Location is perfect! The host is super nice and friendly :) The room has a double bed and private bathroom - perfect choice for a young couple exploring new city
