Very enjoyable, comfortable, welcoming and great value.

Pros: The hospitality was exceptional And I loved the quiet room and the location which I found very convenient and perfect for one guest. Everything was vey clean and well organised. I’ll be returning again at the end of my stay.

Cons: Maybe some softer pillows but that’s just me.

Pros: The location of this apartment was perfect, 10-minute walk from Termini station and 30-minute walk to city centre. The apartment was nice and clean. David was a super host. He gave us some super advice some restaurants and sites.

Cons: I didn't like the odour in the hallway when we came. The following days, the kitchen window was open so the hallway odour vanished.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean and very cozy. But the highlight of our stay was Davide, the owner. He was incredibly helpful with all our questions, always available, and even sent us a list of fantastic recommendations around the neighborhood. At the end of our trip, he helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. We’re deeply grateful to him and already looking forward to our next trip to Rome! P.S. A photo of a lovely little balcony
