Many thanks to Luvky Home and Philippe who rescued us when our other accomodation let us down.

Pros: Philippe was such a positive host. He went to great lengths to ensure we found our accomodation, facilitated check- in and made us feel comfortable. This was after a very negative experience with another accomodation host! I would have great confidence in any business Philippe is associated with. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Pros: The property is in an excellent location—near Roma Termini station and the Colosseum. We hardly used the metro or bus, as most of the major sights were within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and well-organized. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the property after check-out. Cleanliness was very good. We were four people, so we needed the additional sofa bed, which was a good size and just as comfortable as the main bed.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that the water in the shower drained very slowly, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Also there is no place to prepare easy meal or breakfast at the property and it has to be considered by people who prioritize eating at home

Pros: I really liked the location, also how approachable the accommodation is. The staff was amazing, really helpful and understanding. The inner 'area' of the building was nice.

Cons: The mobile AC unit could not handle the hot temperature, but that is not the fault of the service.

Pros: Great place near Termini, excellent value for the price. Nice and very helpful staff. Clean and quite, safe area. Possible to explire the city by foot. So, all positive feedback!

Pros: The place is close to the train station, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were mugs provided.

Cons: Windows aren't great, it's pretty loud also during the night. We've been here during winter time and even during the day when it was about 15ish °C outside during the night the room was chilly. There was no cutlery nor plates.
