Perfect accommodation next to the Colosseum

Pros: What a fabulous apartment. Loved the private terrace and location. The thoughtful welcome pack Luigi left for us was fabulous and very generous. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Roma.

One of the very best.....

Pros: To be honest? Absolutely everything. One of the best short-stay accommodations we have ever been in. And, as we're quite old we've stayed in many, many places. Detail? Firstly, the hosts - Luigi and Christina were exceptional: considerate and charming- going out of their way to be supportive. Facilitated an earlier check-in and allowed us to leave our luggage until our return flight. Add to that... the goodies to greet us: bottle of Prosecco, milk, water, ham and cheese, bread and a delicious cake. All this for a short stay of three nights. Wow. Exceptional. The apartment superbly equipped, excellent air conditioning (much needed in the heat wave) lovely bathroom and small terrace with gazebo. Finally, the location. As we stepped out of the building,) looked down the road, there stood the Colosseum... sure a busy area but our road - super quiet. In summary, everything was perfect

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike.

Fantastic Rome apartment and hospitality

Pros: We were able to access the apartment early which was a huge bonus after flying 20+ hours to Rome. Cristina and Eliza met us in person and showed us the apartment and gave us very helpful information about the area. They provided a lot of provisions which we enjoyed for breakfast as well as coffee and a delicious tart. Very kind and hospitable. The apartment worked fine for the 3 of us. The outdoor terrace was a bonus and lovely for a drink after a day of walking and sightseeing. The location is fantastic, very quiet yet central to many sights plus a metro station is 3 minutes walk. We will definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing it was awesome

Pros: A lovely apartment very close to the Colosseum. Luigi is a fantastic host that provided some food supplies as well as various treats. The location of the apartment is perfect.

Pros: Luigi and Veronica are very attentive. Everything was super clean and they received us with a very warm welcome. I definitely will recommend it!

Pros: Lovely apartment with lots of little 'extras'. The terrace is a lovely place to sit after a busy day. When we arrived we were met by Luigi who gave us great tips about the surrounding area. The location is fantastic, just 3-4 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Forum, Domus Aurea etc.
