Pros: Marco was super kind and helpful with everything we needed, the service he provided was amazing the attention he gave us was wonderful, I would definitely recommend and stay in this place again!!! I felt like home

Everything amazing
Pros: Everything was amazing for us! Location, staff, cleaning and comfort. Just in front of the building there are great restaurants, you just need to cross the street to have a good meal. 3 minutes by foot there is a metro which brings you to the most important places. It is also 10 minutes walking to Termini station and 15 minutes to Colosseum. We loved our stay, thank you!

Loved it!
Pros: The location was fantastic! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was a little cold, but the blanket was so soft and warm that the cold in the room wasn’t a problem for us. The best thing was the authenticity of the place, it isn’t another hotel in the center full of tourists, the place is in a residential building, where locals live too and we loved that!
Cons: The room was a little cold.

Pleasant value for mo ney accomodation.
Pros: It was an interesting area ,,by a beautiful park, near the train station, restaurants and a super market nearby. The owner was helpful. The actual street was a little grungy but not threatening at all.We had a nice size room .we booked one with a double and single bed in it for space .Nice bathroom . And there is a shared space with a kettle and tea bags and lots of complimentary water.
Cons: It was all great but finding the hotel was a bit difficult as it is not a hotel so to speak but separate rooms in an enormous building. There is no name outside, so you have to go by the address. You also have to arrange with the owner what time to meet up as he waits for you outside.But once set up with a key, it's fine.

Pros: The room was really comfortable especially if you just need a place to rest. It doesn’t have a kitchen but still provide you basic needs like kettle, cafe, minimarket nearby. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
Cons: The location is convenient, but the neighborhood looks a bit scary and unsafe if you accidentally go there.
