Pros: Very clean, spacious and cozy place in a great area. Next time will stay longer.

Pros: The large, cozy, clean room, the excellent water flow in the shower. The apartment is close to a metro station and a variety of shops and cafes. That you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out

Cons: Every time you leave the room, the power to the room immediately goes out. Sometimes you have to go to the kitchen for a few minutes. It would have been better if there was a delay of about fifteen minutes until the power went out.

Pros: Amazing property, we had a room with a private terrace, the apartment was cleaned daily, really great value for money

Pros: Great communication and location. A metro stop just round the corner and walking distance to the train station. Great organisation with the owner and we knew where to go. We had to check out early in the morning at around 4 am and we managed to sort out the check out and also early check in.

Cons: The size of the room was small and no natural light. But we knew this before we booked so not really a negative :)

Pros: Very clean place, well situated, good comms from owner. Absolutelly lovely stay, we would gladlycome back

Cons: The only little downside is that you do not have keys from the main gate and sometimes to ring the door bell amd wait cam take some time.

Pros: The room was cleaned everyday. There was always a new coffee left for us in the mornings. The AC was working well. The kitchen was clean and well equiped. The staff was responsive and helpful.

Cons: There was no information upfront that I will have to pay to store my luggage. The storage was not locked, so anyone with the access to the hotel could take it. There was a window however it was facing the corridor inside the building so there was no really air in the room

Perfect little bolt hole for Rome, metro on the doorstep, exceptionally clean and comfortable

Pros: This is a perfect little bolt hole for a short trip to Rome, the property has everything you need, it’s clean and comfortable and the bonus of very quiet communal kitchen/outdoor area is great! The shower is big and very powerful.

Cons: The bedroom is quite small, it’s a small double bed very close to the wall. But that’s not a huge issue, we did find the aircon would switch off at night every few hours so the room gets hot. No outside windows makes it a little dark (there is a frosted window to the inner courtyard)

Very nice apartment. Would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Pros: Newly refurbished room, impeccably clean, nicely decorated, nice new bathroom, self-check-in, even a kitchen you can use, nice location quite close to the main train station (less than 15 mins walk). All in all a very nice stay, highly recommended!

Pros: Accommodation close to the main station, a good starting point. Access to accommodation via codes. Daily cleaning.
