Almost too good to be true at this price

Pros: Clean, near metro C, all appliances and cleaning prouducts given. Everything worked just fine and no bad surprises. Very good and cheap eat out places within 15 minutes of walk radius. Neighbourhood is good even late night, good grocery stores too. Owner is very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything you'd need on your trip.

Cons: A bit tiresome of a commute to switch at san giovanni. Bins are a bit far (5 minutes of walk). It's a big studio really. Can't think of anything else really.

Pros: Overall, the apartment was clean but some dishes need to be changed. Although it is quite far from the city centre we walked almost every day (it was an hour walk to the Colosseum) and we enjoyed seeing local neighbourhoods. 20 min away from the apartment there is a street that is always full of locals in the evenings (you can get an aperol there for 3,50-5€). So we really liked living away from all tourists sports :)

Cons: We had 2 big towels, 2 middle and 2 small. But it was not really enough for us - we washed them once during the stay (washing machine had a dryer which was super convenient).

Lovely stay in beautiful flat, with everything we needed and more.

Pros: Property was very secure and safe. It was beautifully fitted out with everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom and living area. Lots of extra touches like water and wine and generous gifts from the landlord. Washing machine a useful touch especially in heat. Really Lovely flat central for tourists.

Lovely stay in a comfortable apartment!

Pros: First of all, Alessandro was so excellent, super friendly, supportive and understanding. He provided late check-in and late check out for us based on availability, also let us leave our luggege in the apartment before flying back home in the evening. Alvin Casa is all you need when travelling to Rome, Alessandro's apartment was spacious enough for the 2 of us, extremely clean and comofortable. Whenever I come back to Rome, I will try booking Alvin Casa again. It is worth to note that metro line C station is just 4 minutes walk from the apartment. There are nice and truly Roman restaurants nearby. Thank you so much Alessandro!

Cons: Shower could have been bigger but I'm an XXL guy so nothing really to complain, I managed. :) This is not a complain at all but Alessandro - please provide a shoehorn if possible. :D

Pros: The best part of this accommodation is the owner who regularly checked on me and made my stay comfortable and easy. He shared the maps and info about the places around, transportation from the airport to the city. He saved me a lot of time and stress. The apartment is not big, it's only for 2 and, it's got all the essentials for pleasant stay. Its clean and really ok. Around the apartment, you have Lidl, markets, coffe shops , and a bunch of small stores.

Cons: This is more of a heads up and not minuses. Proximity of the city centre with Vespa is around 20 minutes, but if you use Bus 81 or Metro C and transfer to A, it will take between 45-60 minutes, so bear that in mind. It's not close. The apartment is on the second floor and if that's a problem for you also be aware. There is a small suewer stench from the bathroom depending on the day, even though cleanliness is imacculate, it's there.

Pros: Owner was really kind man. Always interested in what i need. Recomended a lot of good places near apartment and even prepare some welcome present. The apartment is well-furnished and has everything you might need. A metro station and a bus terminal are located nearby. The bus route goes through the city center to the Vatican, which is really convenient. .

Great stay with multiple opportunities to grab a coffee and eat meandry

Pros: Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully designed, in a perfect location, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available to answer our questions. It was a last-minute booking, but we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We highly recommend staying here, and if we return to Rome, we’ll definitely be staying here again!
