Termini Suites

Perfect location

Pros: A very gentle host. PERFECT location, less than two minutes from Stazione Termini (Via Giolitti). Great spot for us as we needed to travel from Termini to other towns/cities and used metro frequently. The furniture is nothing special, but the place was overall very clean, with spotless sheets and towels. The bathroom is a bit old, but it functioned very well. Due to negative reviews I was a bit worried, but in the end everything was fine. I wouldn't mind staying there when I revisit Rome. For those expecting 5-star service, they should go to a 5-star hotel. For the price we paid, everything was very good

Cons: The couch's leather was peeled off, a throwover over the couch, in the reception area, would make it look more welcoming. We had to use a kettle from the common area, I suggest a kettle in every room. Even a new bin in the toilet would make it look better.

Good location, clean room and good communication.

Pros: The room was near the station and close to the center, clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons: The shower was cramped.

Pros: the position of the hostel, 30 seconds walk from Twrmini Station, Metro and buses

Cons: We were told we could leave the luggage at 11 am, on the day of arrival, even though check in was at 2 pm. However no staff were present on site at 11, no one opened the door nor answered our telephone calls. We had to bring all luggage somewhere else According to the website, there was supposed to be a coffee machine among the amenities, but there was nothing. The towels were replaced the day prior to leaving One morning we realized we were locked in at the hostel, unable to leave when planned. It took about 20 min for staff to arrive and unlock the door. It seemed that someone had locked the front door from the outside, when leaving, which meant that the key would not work for anyone inside the hotel. I complained and asked that a notice be put near the door telling guests to not use the key when leaving, the hostel, as it was unnecessary and would lock people in, but no one put the sign up, we had to write one ourselves

We liked, and we will return.

Pros: We waited a while to check in but the gentleman who served us was very friendly. The accommodation is not perfect, but it has everything essential, and is also very clean, including daily cleaning. Perfect location in relation to the city center. At first the place might make us apprehensive, but we came to the conclusion that it was peaceful and safe. As there were only 3 rooms there was plenty of peace. WiFi internet, large screen TV, room temperature, everything worked perfectly. We were a little reticent due to the comments we had read, but we came to the conclusion that there are people who want to pay cheap and then demand five-star accommodation.

Cons: All ok.

Pros: The location was great being across the street from the Rome Termini. It was also convenient having a private bathroom.

Cons: The pillows could have been better.

An excellent location to get around the sites of Rome.

Pros: The Suites are located within a stone throw from Rome Termini. There are many restaurants/cafes in the area. The room I had as a solo traveller was excellent in size, comfort and cleanliness. The host was very accommodating.

Cons: There was a shared bathroom which is not a problem for a solo male traveller but I understand that it could be for some.

Pros: Compatível com as fotos apresentadas, confortável.

Cons: Éramos 2 e só nos deram 1 toalha de banho para 3 noites😕

Estadía en Termino Suites

Pros: La habitación era muy bobita, amplia, limpia y bien equipada. La cama grande y super cómoda, tenía una tv moderna, frigobar y aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Cons: El ruido de la calle ingresaba a la habitación y no se podía dormir bien, podrían colocar una ventana antiruido. La ubicación es buena pero la fachada del edificio podría mejorar, cuando uno llega y ve el ingreso da miedo. Después todo excelente!

Muy buen lugar para dormir y andar paseando todo el día!

Pros: Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación! Es muy práctico para moverse en trenes ❤️

Cons: Pienso que no hay nada q no me haya gustado ❤️ al ver las fotos con las mesitas de desayunar pensé que incluía desayuno, si bien eso no lo dice en los datos del servicio, con tanta foto pensé q así era! Pero no, no incluye nada más que las instalaciones
