Stay Smart Termini Esquilino

Pros: We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 13 and 16) on our first trip to Italy in early December 2025, and we had a great experience! Stay Smart Termini is incredibly convenient—just a few steps from Roma Termini and the bus station to FCO Airport. The location couldn’t be better, and we could even see Rome's Mercato Centrale right from our window. Omar, the owner, is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He went the extra mile by giving us a Smart Tourist Book with excellent recommendations on where to eat and drink around the neighborhood, which was very helpful. A fantastic, hassle-free place to stay, especially for families and first-time visitors to Rome. Highly recommended if you’re looking for accommodation near Roma Termini! Great

Pros: Extremely close to the termini station. Quick response from customer service. Traveled with 2 teenagers and place worked out great. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to attractions.

Cons: Don’t expect big rooms, everything in Italy is small. But you’re only there to sleep and shower.

Fabulous location and so clean and comfortable

Pros: Our room was a welcome relief after long day travelling. The proximity to Termini is wonderful, no dragging your bags over the cobblestoned streets! The owner was excellent. Answering all our questions in a timely manner. We were also able to leave our luggage for the day. The room is extremely clean and comfortable with windows which block out the street sounds at night. The self check-in took us a moment to master but worked well once we got the hang of it. Thanks for a great stay!

Pros: Everything is perfect! The location is like 2 minutes away from the main station but relatively quiet with a pretty shared yard. The lock is remotely controllable and pretty smart, so there is no problem for check-in and check-out. The faculty is super friendly and helpful, with very detailed introductions, warm greetings, and help! Will definitely choose it again for the next trip!

Cons: The room is a little bit small, but it's understandable and accpetable considering the location.

Cruise Trip

Pros: Convenient place to explore Rome historical sites as well as connecting to rest of other parts in Italy. The accommodation is just beside the train station , with connections to Airport by train or buses. It is also easy catch a train to the cruise port or other parts of Italy. Many restaurants and cafe around.

Pros: brand new and clean room. very clear instructions to enter and staff always available. perfect accommodation

Fantastic

Pros: Convenient location, literally a minute from termini, very clean and comfortable. Received a welcome message from the host within minutes of arrival with a helpful guide to the area, and the small issue we had with the door was sorted immediately.

Cons: Nothing we disliked at all, an iron would be a useful addition however appreciate the room is on the smaller side so perhaps something for the communal area

an unfofrgettable expetience from arriving at the train station to entering the aprartment only a stones throw away and
