Great location in Rome!

Pros: The location was definitely the highlight—just a short walk from Termini Station, making it super easy to reach the bus station for airport transfers. The building was in great condition, and the bed was very comfortable for two people. Even though the bathroom was outside the room, it wasn’t an issue at all; there was more than enough privacy.

Pros: 👏10/10 — A Fantastic Stay Near Termini! Absolutely loved this place! It’s perfectly located near Roma Termini, with bus connections that make getting around the city incredibly easy — truly effortless. And what can I say about Derek? He’s the heart of this Airbnb! Such a wonderful host and owner. He greeted us and accommodated us even before our check-in time, and he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, taking care of every need—even at checkout. The free espresso machine in the common area was a dream come true. Starting the morning with a fresh cup of espresso made each day even better! Highly recommend this place. Sending our best regards to Derek and Linda, who clearly take great pride in what they do. P.S. The dog was too cute! 🐶❤️

It was worth every euro I paid

Pros: The location of this flat is very good, you can easily use the metro or bus eight in front of the flat to go anywhere you want. The area was always active due to the rome termini and it made me feel safer. There are lots of restaurants nearby and they mostly open 24/7. The room was so clean and designed well. I got everything I needed. Derek was very helpful and easy to reach. He gave clear instructions about the flat helped me with my late check-in.

Best location and lovely room.

Pros: Our host Linda was always available, I choose this hotel steps from Termini station and also all connections or walking sites of Rome. No need for taxi. Our room was spacious ocean and bed comfortable. Thanks Linda

Pros: The location is excellent – literally a minute's walk from Termini Station, making it an ideal base for exploring Rome. The room was spacious, very clean, and perfectly soundproofed – despite being close to a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as was the shower – very comfortable. Derek also deserves special mention – a very friendly and helpful host who made our stay even more enjoyable. Best regards, and if we ever visit Rome again, we will definitely return here!
