Overall, this accommodation is excellent value for money. I can recommend it.

Pros: This is a completely good value for money accommodation. A bit outdated apartment, but equipped with everything you need, it is comfortable and spacious for couples. It is within walking distance of the city center and most attractions, but at the same time it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The host is helpful and very kind.

Cons: I miss a counter light in the kitchen, like an under-cabinet LED strip lighting or something. It is a bit dark when you make breakfast or dinner.

Pros: A really lovely apartment, just like the pictures - having a full kitchen and sofa/television area was perfect after a full day of exploring Rome. The location was perfect for us - nearby shops and supermarkets, a short walk to the Colosseum, and there's a metro stop just around the corner which makes it so simple to get to other areas and Vatican City. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and nicely decorated, and would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Pros: I loved the bed area is separated from the tv area and the kitchen. Plenty of space to store your belongings and great communication with the host.

Cons: Perhaps would add some adaptors but I understand people might take them with them intentionally or unintentionally

Magnificent

Pros: Fabulous apartment. The check in was very simple, the owner was kind and very helpful. The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the main station and is really convenient to be able to move around and is also close to the Colosseum, the area is very quiet and commercial you have everything available especially for those who stay for a long time. The apartment inside is very nice and cosy it has everything available and everything is working. I would definitely go back and recommend it 100%.

Très bon plan pour un court séjour, on se sent réellement dans la ville avec les locaux et non dans le bain des touriste

Pros: Très bien situé, à côté d'un parc mignon avec un excellent café (Horti Caffè💯) et d'une station de métro. L'ascenseur fonctionnait (la chambre est au 4e étage). Grande salle de bain. J'ai pu déposer mes bagages avant le checkin, tres apprécié.

Cons: Il a fallut payer au complet en espèce et les communications se faisaient par Whatapps. Si vous utilisez Booking.com pour la simplicité, ce ne fut pas le cas ici. Il manquait plusieurs accessoires de cuisines (planche à découper, bons couteaux, linge pour essayer). Le lit n'est pas le plus confortable. Comme partout à Rome, l'insonorisation fait défaut. La laveuse ne fonctionnait pas.

Pros: L'emplacement est top, la sécurité de la porte d'entrée, la communication avec le propriétaire et les explications claires. Les équipements, appartement spacieux

Cons: C'est seulement la sécurité de l'escalier et de la mezzanine, une barrière serait peut-être une idée ? Mais tout était très bien. Rien à redire.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, piechotą od stacji Termini. Mieszkanko przyjemne na krótki pobyt w Rzymie. Czysto. Usytuowane na 4 piętrze ( jest winda) . Dobre zameldowanie i wskazówki oraz kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko sklep Conad. Polecam

Cons: W kuchni przydałoby się uzupełnić takie sprzęty jak: mały garnek, czajnik elektryczny, żeby nie trzeba było gotować wody czy mleka w wielkim garnku.

Pros: Great location, apartment has everything you need, and owners are very nice and responsive.

Cons: We had an issue with early-morning and very loud construction work in the apartment next doors - nobody's fault as the owners also didn't know about this, but disruptive nonetheless.
