Everything we needed for a self-organized vacation as a couple

Pros: The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a self-organized vacation as a couple. Communication via Booking and on-site was seamless - Mr. Chandra (on-site) was very kind and accommodating, and we appreciated the flexible check-in and his helpful recommendations. The location is great, just a 15-minute walk from Rome Termini station, and within walking distance of major attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum, as well as plenty of eateries and shops. Public transport connections were also excellent.

Cons: While some of the amenities could use a bit of updating, nothing essential was lacking. As stated by other guests, I would suggest including information about the card payment option (+ tourist tax in cash) on-site alongside the cash payment details in the check-in instructions, as card payment is listed as an option on Booking. This would make the arrival process even more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Pros: Ήταν άνετο για 4 άτομα που είμαστε και σχετικά κοντά στο κολοσαιο! Παροχές τα έχεις όλα και θέρμανση ζεστό νερό πάντα και ο Chandra τρομερός και κατατοπιστηκος....

Cons: Δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό αλλά αν δεν είσαι περίεργος είναι οκ!

Pros: Appartamento spazioso e completo di tutto, comodo anche per una famiglia di 4 persone. Vicinanza supermercati, ristoranti, negozi di ogni genere, alcuni aperti anche fino a tardi e nelle festività. Vicinanza metro e stazione Termini. Centro e monumenti principali raggiungibili a piedi.

Отличный вариант,недалеко от центра и при этом нетуристическое место,близость вокзала не чувствуется

Pros: Отличная локация, внимательный хозяин (правда немного опоздал, поэтому пишите ему заранее), симпатичная и очень уютная квартира

Cons: Очень слышно соседей, но после долгих прогулок по Риму засыпаешь как убитый) Еще обратите внимание что за уборку берут 50 евро сверху цены на букинге, но об этом предупреждают при бронировании, просто я не посмотрел)
