Convenient location, basic but comfortable room

Pros: The property is in a good location, about a 20–30 minute walk from the main attractions, with a bus stop nearby and easy access to the airport. The room is simple but has everything you need. There isn’t a real kitchen, just a small table with a water heater and some coffee. It was clean and comfortable enough, and the bathroom amenities were okay

Cons: It would be nice if they could add disposable slippers for guests.

Great for a night or two if you need to be close to the termini!

Pros: Location was great! Omar was patient and friendly, welcomed us nicely! Room was great value for money!

Cons: Pillows were a little bit hard but it wasn’t too bad. Room is not big but we stayed only for the night so didn’t need more than that!

Pros: The room was perfect — everything necessary was included. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. We stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned every morning with fresh towels. It actually looks even better than in the pictures. The location is perfect — it’s right in front of the bus station for FCO Airport, as well as Roma Termini. Within just a 20-minute walk, you can reach the Colosseum or the Trevi Fountain. The neighborhood felt completely safe, and there were no problems walking around even late at night. The staff was very kind. Definitely worth the price!

Weekend in Rome

Pros: The room was ample and clean. The jacuzzi was a great plus to relax after a long day of walking in the city. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. The location was the best since it is right in front of Termini, making it super convenient to move around.

Cons: My room had a window that looked to an inner patio, and there was a misunderstanding on my arrival where nobody was there to welcome me and I was not told clearly I had to arrange this before arriving. Please bear in mind to properly arrange the check in time so you don't have to wait outside, because it has no front desk, as it is inside an apartment building. Also, the elevator is on the second flight of stairs.

Pros: Great property, location perfect.very comfortable, the hosts are great, they clean the room every day, the only drawback if we really want to find it is that the kitchen is shared (the kitchen has everything and is very functional, clean and modern with new things).
