Caffarella Garden and Park Apartment

Good location and very nice apartment.

Pros: Very convenient location - close to shops, dinners, metro and buses. Perfectly clean apartment with AC, heating and all necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful owner. Overall great experience.

Cons: Wooden cutting board and set of kitchen knives would be appreciated.

Very pleasant and comfortable.

Pros: The location is great. The area (Colli Albani) has all the shops and other facilities that you could possibly need, including the metro station 10 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself is in a condominium in a gated compound, so it feels very secure. It's on a quiet street, so it's possible to sleep with the windows open. Saverio, the owner, was very helpful - he messaged me loads of suggestions for local bars and restaurants - and he had clearly made a bit of an effort to make the apartment a pleasant and comfortable place to be.

Cons: It's a very minor point, but it would have been nice to have some kind of indoor drying rack for clothes coming out of the washing machine. I stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks in November-December and it was almost impossible to get clothes dry on the outside rack - I ended up having to dry things hanging over the backs of chairs.

Pros: Extra clean , using good marterials at the showers, washing machine and the kitchen and lots of towels and bed covers ,,, the host is a very nice man with proper and fast communication reactions ,,, the metro station is very close and on line A which takes you directly to many of the main touristic spots ,,, parking is available easily ,,, would very much recommend and could use it again for sure

Cons: The dining table is not in a good place ,,, it blocks the movement of every one

Pros: The apartment is located outside the centre but is 5 minutes from the Metro. (Metro is super easy to use and super cheap). A modern 4th floor apartment with balcony (lift available). Spacious, clean and modern. Excellent value and highly recommended. Owner was exceptionally helpful, flexible on check in, which meant we could drop bags and get started on our adventure. You should stay here if you visit Rome

A wonderful find in Rome

Pros: This flat was absolutely fantastic. First time in Rome and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Saverio was awesome, came to our needs when necessary and was always on time with great communication. The place was very clean and comfortable with more than enough amenities. The balcony was also a nice touch for the summer! Grazie di tutto.

Wonderful stay with a great host

Pros: Mr. Masino was a perfect host – very attentive, friendly, and always ready with helpful tips. The accommodation was spotless, renovated, and exceptionally well-equipped, going beyond what we expected. Thoughtful details like welcome drinks made us feel immediately at home. The key handover for both arrival and very early departure went seamless. Both the bus and metro were within short walking distance, as well as great cafés and restaurants. The value for money is outstanding, and I genuinely wouldn’t know what could be improved – everything exceeded expectations. I would be delighted to stay here again.
