Pros: The apartment is well located for transport links into the city and local amenities. It's very comfortable, light, airy and in a quiet area. The staff were excellent to deal with and responded to messages and one issue we had very quickly and efficiently. Despite the things I wasn't so happy about, I'd stay here again.

Cons: The kettle! It doesn't switch off when boiling and you have to be careful to secure the lid or it spills when pouring. The electricity goes off when the oven is on at the same time as any other electricals. We did quickly learn how to manage it though, but it's a bit of a pain if you're in the shower at the time. The drains can get a bit smelly. There's a lot of condensation which has led to window edges and ledges being a bit mouldy.

Bright apartment in a peaceful area

Pros: A very bright and spacious apartment with windows in every room. Lots of storage space. I loved that there were books on the bookshelf. The sofa bed in the living room gave us a great opportunity to get a full rest in separate rooms when needed. The balcony is on the sunny side, and our laundry would dry in just a couple of hours! The area is simply wonderful. Parks, shops, cafes, and transportation are all nearby. At the same time, it's very quiet, and there is absolutely no tourist hustle and bustle like in the city center.

Cons: A shelf in the shower zone was really missing. The white covers on the furniture should be replaced or sent to dry cleaning. I don't think they were dirty, but they no longer look white.

The best place in Rome.

Pros: great place. the apartment has everything you need. Very clean. comfortable bed. Very. close to the bus/metro at least two large stores a few minutes from the house. the hosts were helpful and very nice. I can only recommend this place

Pros: Очень хороший тихий район. Фото квартиры соответствует действительности. Очень уютно. Пешком 5 минут до метро и магазинов. На метро очень удобно добраться до центра города. Очень отзывчивый персонал. До пляжа 1 час на поезде.Нам разрешили раньше заселиться.

Pros: Francesca ne-a ajutat imediat la sosire chiar daca era seara foarte tarziu. Multumim ! Chicineta bine dotata pentru a-ti putea prepara micul dejun.

Cons: Din pacate in dormitor este un perete /coloana care este cu igrasie...ar trebui rezolvat. O sugestie: un cuier de haine era bine venit langa intrare.

Bellissimo

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento in contesto elegante. Fortemente consigliato. Un ringraziamento a Beatrice che ci ha accolto con gentilezza.

Soggiorno splendido in zona Colli Albani

Pros: La casa molto bella, ampia, luminosa e pulita. è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno più che confortevole L'edificio è in una posizione comodissima per lo spostamento con i mezzi pubblici (bus per il centro sotto casa e metro A a due passi). Infine, una nota sulla grande gentilezza e attenzione di Beatrice.

Pros: 1. Quiet neighbourhood (mainly residential). 2). Easy access to restaurants & Metro 3). Good & functional household items.

Cons: No response in trying to reach staff managing the property when we had a problem.
