Cozy apartment and good distance from city center
Pros: The host was welcoming and easy to comunicate. The location was good, nearby the subway and busses that would take you to the city center in 30min. Check-in and check-out were smooth. We didn’t have any issues with the app that opens the apartment and building. Also it is silent and calm area :)
Cons: We would have liked to have a microwave. Other than that the apartment was not super super warm (not uncomfortably cold as well), but in the bed as they were really comfortable and warm you didn’t feel cold. We had great nights of sleep.

Spacious apartment - clean and close to metro
Pros: Great place to stay if you're looking for an easily accessible base to explore Rome. The place was huge, with a nice balcony and well equipped with a clean washing machine and kitchen for those who want to cook. The metro is a couple minutes walk and was extremely easy to get to the city centre (assume a 20 min journey to most attractions). The night bus also stopped right outside the building (handy if you have an early flight). There are lovely cafes and places to buy groceries right by the building. The owners / management were also friendly and very accommodating.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower wasn't great - I expect it's pretty standard in these old buildings though. Would still book again.

Pros: Place was near the metro, in a quiet neighbourhood. The flat was quite spatious with 2 bedrooms and a terrace. Communication with the owner was without any problems and the instructions were clear. We even extended our stay and the owner was very willing and helpful. It fulfilled our requirements and we would recommend it to others.

Pros: El departamento estaba muy cerca del metro (línea A), en un barrio tranquilo y con muchos servicios cerca (había cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados, etc). El edificio tenía ascensor. Todo estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Todo funcionó bien: el agua caliente, la calefacción, la lavadora, la cocina, el wifi.
Cons: Quizás solo nos hizo falta un hervidor y un microondas en la cocina, pero son cosas menores. Y la cama de la segunda pieza era muy pequeñita, pero al menos era cómoda.

Гарна квартира
Pros: Чудове розташування. Гарна чиста квартира. Поруч зупинка автобуса, до метро 6 хв. Їхати до всіх історичних памʼяток 40 хв. Тихий спокійний район. Поруч кафе, крамниці.
Cons: Не вистачало чайника, мікрохвильової печі. Незручно коли на людину дають рулон туалетного паперу і ти має шукати крамницю щоб купити. Бали складності з безконтактним поселенням.

Mieszkanie raczej dla dwóch osób. Wiele mniejszych wad, ale o dziwo spało się całkiem dobrze.
Pros: lokalizacja bliskość metra duży salon duża łazienka duża sypialnia (jedno łóżko podwójne, koszmarnie krzywy materac, ale o dziwo spało się spoko) okna nie na ulicę, cisza z zewnątrz (z wewnątrz budynku już wszystko słychać, brak przedpokoju i słychać wszystko z korytarza, i włącznie z remontem obok niestety) wifi TV masa gastronomii (Pana Non Vole super na przykład), sklepów, a nawet przechowywalnia bagażu w punkcie sprzedaży telefonów :)
Cons: mały pokój to praktycznie łóżko w kuchni, jak na zdjęciach. Zero prywatności (nie domykające się drzwi przesuwane, szklane i matowe, do tego brak ściany nad nimi - słychać i wszystko z całego mieszkania. Nie da się zrobić kawy bez obudzenia tam śpiącej osoby niedziałający express do kawy brak czajnika jeden kubek na kawę/herbatę na 3 osoby (?!) jedna rolka papieru toaletowago na osobę zepsuta deska sedesowa generalnie by nie iść zbyt głęboko większość wyposażenia wymaga remontu

お部屋は広くてとても綺麗だった
Pros: 地下鉄Colli Albani駅から6分くらい 静かな場所で部屋も広くベッドも大きい エレベーターもあった
Cons: シャワー室は大変狭く、シャワーの水量・水圧がとても悪い 寒い季節だったのでお湯が少ししか出ないのは大変残念だった（３日共同じなので建物の構造がそうなのかもしれない）

A good place to stay in Rome, thank you!
Pros: Comfortable, clean and huge apartment with good location. The apartment had a livingroom, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a terrace. The apartment was easily accessible by elevator. Close to metro and bus. The metro station is a couple minutes walk and metro was easy and quick way to get to the city centre. Cafe and bakery right across the street, shops and restaurants nearby. Fast fiber optic internet/WiFi worked well.

Wir würden wieder kommen
Pros: Genügend Platz, gut ausgestättet, sauber, Lage gut aber außerhalb.
Cons: Die Matratze auf dem Klappsofa war stark verbraucht, es war nur ein Badetuch und kein Handtuch da, Check-in kompliziert, bei Anreise hat uns ein Hausbwohner die Eingangstüre geöffnet sonst wären wir nicht ins Haus gekommen, es war vor Ort kein telefonischer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Beauftragten möglich,
