Green House Exclusive Suite near Metro A

Pros: Luciano was a brilliant host, and the apartment is well located with transport, cafe's, restaurants etc very close by. The apartment was clean & cosy with all amenities, and loads of personal touches. Highy recommended

Pros: The apartment was just perfect This is a first time I rated 10 in all categories. Clean, well furnished, nice style, equipped in all we needed, ideal location - metro station and bus stops, groceries, etc. And very nice host. All these in fair price. I strongly recommend for two couples or 4 people family.

Pros: A very cozy and spotless apartment equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The spacious bedroom, separate living room, and fully equipped kitchen — from a coffee machine to a washing machine — make it feel like a real home away from home. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and easily accessible by elevator. Its location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the main A metro line, making it easy to reach the city center and other key spots. The host was exceptionally helpful — he welcomed us personally and gave us a quick tour of the apartment, which was a lovely touch.

Pros: Revisited this property after a month travelling the Puglia region. Love the property, immaculately clean and had everything you need. A little home from home. It’s on the 3rd floor with a lift. Has a private bathroom, aircon, internet, smart tv and washer and clothes airer. Great hosts who had left a welcome pack with water juice and biscuits. Close to metro A for exploring.

Pros: Impeccably clean, modern and tasteful decor, has all the essentials and more, full kitchen, washer and clothes airer, private bathroom and large separate lounge area with smart TV (to access your own Netflix account) and wifi and aircon. It’s a second floor apartment with a lift. Great location, close to metro A, restaurants (Italian pasta and pizza and Chinese) and gelato shops all in close proximity. Very kind, friendly and attentive hosts who’d left water, fanta and biscuits for us in arrival. Much appreciated.

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated, nicely furnished and really spacious. It is very well equipped- one can find there everything which may be needed (from the espresso machine to washing machine or the iron for clothes).

Cons: The windows do not isolate the noise from the street very well and for someone it can be disturbing during the night.

Excellent and up to date property close to the train line. Great hosts

Pros: Modern up to date and very clean property that has everything you need during your stay. The owner and son met us at the property to show us around and say hello. They even made us a reservation at a local sports pub to watch the Coppa Italia final. The property has a master bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed that allows additional sleeping arrangements. Smart tv allowed us to sign into apps and the ashing machine was easy to use. Fantastic neighbourhood away from the high tourist locations, with friendly local restaurants and stores. 2 minutes to the metro station. Small elevator for help with luggage. Highly recommeded

Cons: The only thing I would is the shower head. Everything else was awesome

Pros: The host met us at the apartment. He is very nice and gave us a short brief of his apartment. The apartment is very nice as shown in the pics. There is fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cook-plate and dishwasher. The bathroom is also very nice with washing machine. The apartment is very close to the Metro Colli Albani (five minutes walk). There are many good supermarkets and nice restaurant nearby. The Appian Way is not far away from the apartment.
