Would return to the same location

Pros: Check-in process vert easy. Owner responded quickly to questions. The appartment is as shown in the photos. Calm and quiet. It is clean and extremely well located. Close to restaurants, metro, grocery stores and the Colosseum and others attractions.

Pros: The bed was super comfy. The pull out bed was fine for 2 women. The location is SPECTACULAR. You could not be closer to the coliseum. Incredible value for money.

Pros: Location of the apartment is great for us. Not too crowded place. Restaurants, shops available near by. Really great owner - thanks for all the support. We really like walking, wandering around to feel the atmosphere and for this kind of people Minerva Appartamento should be a great choice. Regarding the apartment itself, it was very clean, everything we needed during the stay was available. The welcome wine and rolls saved our life first day.

A perfect apartment for sightseeing!

Pros: The apartment is located in one of the streets leading down to the Colosseum, you can get there in less than 5 mins. It consists of a living room with a kitchen annex, a separate bedroom and bathroom with a shower. The electric kitchen we didn't really use, eating mostly outside, but there's a coffee pod machine, electric kettle, and a separate electric stove. The bathroom and bedroom are really nice and comfortable. There is air conditioning. Easy and fast communication with the owner in English. In the street there are lots of small shops and good restaurants, surprisingly cheap considering proximity to major sites, though I recommend to either reserve a table or come early for they were mostly busy. Pretty much all I can say, our stay in Rome was brief, and we spent most of the time outside. P.S. Remember you NEED to have a key with you, for there are two sets of doors to pass in the building, and key is also needed to use the lift.

Cons: It was a little dark and there is really not much sound isolation in the building, on the other hand - I doubt you'll find anything better in such a perfect location.

Great value for its location and facilities

Pros: Amazing value for its location and facilities. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of reviews say it is small but it was big enough for us, two adults and two small children. The parking was fairly cheap in the streets nearby. Armando was very helpful and fast to response to all our questions. Also, we used e-scooters to wizz around the city and there were plenty of those near the appartment.

Great location, modern facilities, highly recommended.

Pros: We arrived late and Armando met us on site to welcome us and helped with our luggage- great service. He is a very genuine host, letting us store our luggage due to a late flight out.
