Great apartment. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic stay near the Colosseum, highly recommend!

Pros: The property was in a fantastic location, only a stone’s throw from the Colosseum. The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and very good bathrooms. The owners were so efficient and made it all very easy. We’d highly recommend staying here when visiting Rome.

Cons: A bit noisy from some rooms at night, but to be expected given the location and noise died down about midnight.

Pros: This was one of our best stays in our trip in Europe. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, very spacious and well located.

Perfect.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. The sockets are normal European, not Italian lines. Good cleanliness, great comfort. The 2 bathrooms are perfect, especially if you go with 5 people like we did. On colder days, we asked the owners for more heat. Immediately the temperature rose and the heat in the apartment was perfect. Very good communication with the owners. Water, coffe and consumables for kitchen and toilet for free. We were greeted by Alessia, very nice and we were even able to check in a little earlier, plus we were able to leave our morning luggage at the apartment until the time the cleaning was finished. Very good positioning of the apartment, 5 minutes from the Colosseum and 7 minutes from the Coloseum metro station. Carrfour express on the street open non-stop, cafes and restaurants. Everything was fine and when I come back I will stay here again. I have already recommended this apartment to my friends. Thank you for all of this.

Cons: I can't take the proper stars because it's not fair, but it should be mentioned that the two rooms facing the main street may seem uncomfortable because of the noise from the restaurant downstairs. During the week, the galage goes out around 1 o'clock at night. Instead, it remains a very silent room because it is located on the other side, which opens onto an interior garden. This would be the only minus, but for me personally it didn't bother me because I used to go to the room around 1h, 2h in the morning. For me, the quality remains intact.

Amazing Rome trip staying in a fabulous apartment !

Pros: The apartment was amazing, lovely and clean, very spacious (3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) perfect for 4 ladies and located in the perfect place by the Colosseum!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like !

Pros: The location of the apartment was amazing! The colosseum was visible from the front door. Great restaurants right outside. Would recommend this place!

Perfect!

Pros: Everything! the location was amazing. 500 metres from the Colosseum. Beautiful restaurants on your doorstep, also a taxi rank at the end of the street. The Apartment is perfect, comfortable, clean and very modern. Everything you could need and the hosts were so lovely to deal with. they even organised in advance our taxi for us to collect us at the airport when we arrived after a late night flight.

Cons: Nothing. Would recommend to everyone.

Perfect base for your visit to Rome away from the crowds

Pros: Well kept apartment just around the corner of the Colosseum. Fully equipped with high quality materials. Located in a lively but neighbourly street on the edge of the center.

Cons: The apt. is located above a restaurant with outside terrace and the front bedrooms can be a noisy in the weekend.

Lugar bien cuidado y cómodo

Pros: Apartamento bien cuidado, sin embargo no tiene ascensor. Solo es un piso pero hay que cargar las maletas.
