Pros: Very friendly and very helpfull. Good location. Easy walking to center of Rome. Breakfast was really nice. Kitchenette was free to use.

Rome was the star of our trip, but Francesca's warm welcome and help came a very close second.

Pros: The instructions for entry were excellent, Francesca our host was exceptional, it was very comfortable, quiet and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt very secure. Very good transport links to Termini station and the major sightseeing areas. I would go back there without hesitation.

Cons: The breakfast was good. On reflection one addition could be having a selection of other fresh fruit. We didn't ask for this, so had we, I am sure that Francesca would have sorted it for us.

Pros: This is a great place and Francesca was an excellent host. We loves the breakfast options and the open kitchen allowing us to make a cup of tea or coffee at any time of the day. We tried some good restuarants locally and Francesca suggested cool places to visit. Its outside the tourist part of Rome but also an easy walk in (especially once you find the steps on Glorioso street). The bus stop is very close if walking isnt your thing.

Cons: It wasnt a big problem but the WiFi didnt work well in our room but we were probably the furthest room from the router. It was fine in the kitchen

Pros: The hostess Francesca was really hospitable and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and helped with lots of information about Rome. A nice breakfast was available and the place was very clean and felt safe.

Pros: Good size and tidy room, as well as the bathroom. Francesca, the owner, is very friendly and gives a lot of recommendations like for restaurants :). Breakfast is also very good and prepared by her.

Clean comfortable room, good bed and shower.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful Hostess, and very well organised self checkin. I only stayed for 1 night, the room was clean and I received an informative self checkin late evening. In the morning there was breakfast available in the common kitchen area.

Pros: The room was nice and clean, located about a 20-minute walk from the city center and close to the bus station. There were plenty of breakfast options available, which you can prepare yourself. Francesca was very kind and helpful throughout my stay.
