Very friendly host in a house full of old world charm

Pros: Our host was so welcoming. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Breakfast was very limited.

Pros: Our 3‑night stay was exceptional, thanks to the warm and attentive hospitality of Stefano & Fabrizio. The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly maintained with great care. The location was also very convenient, with Trastevere's downtown, Prati, and the Centro Storico all within walking distance. Highly recommended for couples and beyond!

Luxury at its best

Pros: Upmarket luxury suite in high end neighbourhood of Rome

Cons: Nothing. You cannot find better if you tried. Superhelpfull and attentive to guest needs

Fantastic property, lovely hosts, ideal location.

Pros: Beautiful property in a peaceful location but only a short walk from all the sights. The guys that run it were so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Loved it

Pros: It was comfortable and quirky. The host Stefano was incredibly helpful and likeable. The roof terrace gave a great view of Rome. The location enabled options for going out in both upper and lower Trestevare. It was walkable distance to locations such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

Cons: Ironically it would just be walking back from the City Centre, which we liked to do, there was quite a climb in the final km or so.

Beautiful property and an ideal location to enjoy the more peaceful and quiet corner of Rome❤️

Pros: Fabulous property with beautiful furniture, full of character and detail. Very friendly hosts (brothers) who run the place and gave us a lot of useful advice about local restaurants and transport. Nice modern bathroom and super-comfortable bed! Our only criticism would be about the breakfast, although based on our previous trips to Italy we know that the locals like their breakfast sweet - but we some little add ons we bought ourselves we truly enjoyed the freshly baked goods every morning.

Pros: An extraordinary place in a really nice location in between institutes and embassies right above the old centre of Trastevere. The hosts were friendly, attentive and accommodating beyond what one might reasonably expect. Great Italian breakfast, and access to a large roof terrace with absolutely stunning views.

Pros: Nice old Roman villa in high Trastevere. Good location, quiet but very close to all the bars and restaurants of low Trastevere. You'll get good exercise walking back up the hill. Fabrizio is super helpful & accomodating - giving great recommendations for restaurants and everything else.

Yum . Would love to visit again

Pros: We loved the location and the enthusiasm of the brothers . It was a highlight of our Roma visit .. Loved the prosecco in the fridge which we enjoyed on the amazing roof terrace
