Pros: Very good location, next to restaurants but the street is quiet. Big clean room with vanity desk ,couch, TV with netflix and comfortable big bed. The owner is really nice and the communication is easy.

Pros: The location is perfect, Trastevere has lots of restaurants and little streets full of live. All the other hotels in this neighbourhood are very expensive. This is a economical option: a clean private appartment with a comfortable bed and the owner was friendly and helpfull.

Ideal location, big issues with communication

Pros: The best thing about this place is the location. The bars and restaurants of Trastevere are right on the doorstep. It’s around 30 minutes’ walk to St Peter’s Square and 40 minutes in the other direction to the Colosseum.

Cons: We had a huge problem with communication. Even after we’d arrived in Rome, the owner still hadn’t made contact to give me the instructions for getting to the property. He ignored my email communication the evening before we arrived and my increasingly desperate phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages on the day of our arrival. It meant we got the wrong train and we were actually in the process of booking a different apartment when he finally got in touch. Also, be aware, this is actually one en-suite room in a shared apartment. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable with a lockable door but I wouldn’t have been comfortable staying there on my own as a single woman with a stranger in the other bedroom in the same apartment. Mainly the room was very clean but there were hairs in the bidet 😕 Also, be aware that you need to ask if you want twin beds or the sofa bed making up. We weren’t advised of that and so had no sheets for the sofa bed on day one.

Clean, quiet, close to public transport, the center, bars and restaurants.

Pros: The property is in the heart of the most charming and picturesque neighbourhood in Rome. It’s close to wonderful restaurants and bars, very accessible for public transport and so close to the center and the sights. It’s in a quiet street. The room was clean and spacious. The host was incredible attentive and always ready to assist. I definitely recommend!

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended!

Pros: Spacious room in the heart of Trastevere! Close to lots all local restaurants and bars, excellent location. It also has a nice rooftop overlooking the city. Highly recommended 🫶🏼

Cons: I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it but the bathroom/toilet area was small.

Pros: We had a short but lovely stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and big and the shower had amazing water pressure.
