Pros: This is perfect location in Rome,calm and quite place,10 minutes walk to vatican and close to metro station. This is not a hotel, its an apartment where one room will be rented out. like airbnb. Its secured place. I like the breakfast cafe most, only a croissant and a tea/coffee but the cafe is very good and delicious. You can try the other options in this cafe.

Great location

Pros: The location is very good, just a few blocks away from Vatican Museum, St.Peter's Basilica and the metro. The room has a good size, it was very clean and the team was quite responsive to our questions. Having a small fridge in the room was practically for storing cold water and some fruits. A bonus point is for the storage locker that they offer after checking out. This is super practical when having time for another tour in the city.

Cons: The room was too noisy, so no chance to even open the windows. Unfortunately it's a very busy street, so you have traffic all night long. The breakfast that they offer is actually just a coffee and a croissant in a Coffee Shop across the street, so if you are someone expecting something else (as we did), the breakfast is more like a snack.

Pros: The flat was very clean and neat. Its location in the city centre made it convenient for everything, with shops, restaurants, and transport just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

In general, I’d definitely recommend and if we’re coming to Rome I’m definitely booking it again!

Pros: Great location! 10 min walk from Vatican museums, few water fountains nearby, and great breakfast across the street! Room was spacious, clean daily, had iron, toiletries and hairdryer. Great value!

Cons: AC wasn’t too strong, but it didn’t bother us as we spent most of the time outside!

Pros: location was perfect - near Vatican and metro station. Instructions how to access the room at late night were rather clear. it was possible to leave luggage in the safe.

Cons: The edges of the bed are very sharp and we bumped into them several times as we walked by and got bruises. :)

Nice hotel next to Vatican.

Pros: Excellent location right next to Vatican. Easy luggage storage after departure.

Cons: Weak air conditioner. The shower sink was clogged, the water accumulated rapidly while showering. Very small breakfast at a cafe across the street.
