It was a perfect stay.

Pros: The host was incredibly responsive and always replied very quickly. They paid attention to every detail and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We really appreciated how they kindly accepted our requests and considered what was best for us. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Cons: The shower pressure was slightly weak, but it was absolutely manageable and did not affect our stay at all.

Pros: I stayed for 9 nights. It was very convenient, just about a 3-minute walk from Termini Station. The room was very functional and comfortable, with storage space and shelves. The kitchen and dishes were also well-equipped. There's a Conad supermarket in the basement of Termini Station, so we can buy whatever we like and enjoy it. Although there was an issue with the room, Daniel worked sincerely and diligently to resolve it. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Cons: Wi-Fi is available in the common areas, but it barely worked once I entered my room. That said, with only two rooms, the common areas rarely get crowded.

Pros: We stayed for one night only as transit and in that regards it was perfect. 5 min walk from the station. We arrived by train around 8 pm and got back on the train to the airport early next morning. We had no time for nothing but a quick dinner and sleep so this place was exactly what we needed and it was super easy. It was little scary around there but it was safe. There is a big police station there. Daniela was so good with her instructions and guidance. Amazing host! She assisted us with the food guide.

Cons: If you want to be in Rome and enjoy it I would not stay there. But great for purpose of quick sleep and train change.

Pros: The place was amazing, me and my friends stayed for three nights and were super comfortable the whole time.The owner let us leave the baggage in the apartment while waiting for the checkin so that was amazing.The location is also great since it is close to the station and different landmarks.Over all the rooms were clean, the wifi was great, the bathroom was nice and we also had an AC.

Clean and comfortable stay with great hosts!

Pros: The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. It was super close to public transportation which made it easy to get out and about. The train station food market over the road was delicious! Daniela, the host contact, was the most friendly, thorough, supportive and informative host I have ever encountered. Daniela was in contact with us before, during and after our stay to make sure everything ran smoothly and we had some great recommendations for Rome. I accidentally left behind some items which Daniela has been extremely helpful in ensuring they return back to me. She has been an absolute angel and I really appreciate her. Overall, I would stay here again due to the friendly hosts and comfortable room. It’s a great option if you are willing to use the bus to get to major attractions.

Cons: We were thrown off by the crowd of people who hang around the area in the evening but this is to be expected at any train station accommodation.

A great place to access the train station and the tourist spots of Rome.

Pros: The location. Instructions for access were clear and management were always quick to respond. Being able to leave our luggage there in the day we checked out for the afternoon was such a blessing and help.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay. Daniele was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and flexible with check-in, which made everything so smooth. She even kindly offered free luggage storage after checkout, which was incredibly helpful and allowed us to enjoy more sightseeing around Rome without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Little gem in convenient location.

Pros: Enough space. Comfortable beds good for 4 adults. Nice common kitchen area. Good AC. Very friendly and informative hosts. Great access to station and other areas for sightseeing.

Cons: Shower was tight and water pressure low. Very small lift.

Pros: Host, Daniele was amazing !!!! Perfect Location, Clean and specious space of room. Easy access to Train station where takes only 5 mins walking distance. Especially Daniele was contiously communicate with me and provided informative information. I felt like Daniele was my Genie from Aladin!!

Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and responsive, making our stay easy and pleasant. The location is perfect, right in front of the Termini Station, Metro line A and B. Highly recommended!
