Excellent location and a wonderful host.

Pros: I really liked both the location and the owner of the hotel. So, two pieces of advice: 1) The hotel is perfect for those arriving by bus to Termini, because it’s located right across the street from the bus stop — you just need to cross the road. 2) Make sure to meet Francesco as soon as possible. He’ll recommend great nearby places where the food is delicious and reasonably priced. I especially loved the coffee bar, where they made incredible coffee. And the location is great because right across the street, inside Termini, there’s an excellent restaurant area called Mercato Centrale, where you can always have a nice meal.

Cons: The absence of a TV in the room and the thin walls in the rooms. Also, it’s not the most pleasant area. I wouldn’t walk around there at night. .........................................................

Totally enjoyed staying at this location & will definitely be back there

Pros: The host Francesco was outstanding in every way, on arrival if we needed any assistance at all. I had an injured daughter and he went out of his way to guide us in the right direction suggesting restaurants that weren’t tourist traps to overcharge you. He provided info via QR code which was invaluable. Definitely would recommend if you want comfort, elevator, share kitchen and comfortable rooms. Great location to boot and across the road from the Metro and Bus terminal!! Shall be back there.

Cons: On arrival you get a bit shocked as you think you’ve arrived in the Bronx but actually you realise all these young dark people are actually well mannered, fluent speaking Italian and generally very helpful. Really enjoyed!! Walk to corner and it’s full on Italy so much culture in this area!!

A great option for a few days' stay

Pros: Excellent location: within walking distance of most attractions, a five-minute walk to a large supermarket (near the Santa Maria Maggiore church), nearby metro and train stations, and opposite a bus stop to the airport (including overnight buses, such as TAM). The room is small but clean. There's a shared place with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including tea, coffee, salt, and more. You can cook and eat here. The host Francesco is very friendly and speaks English.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the light and ventilation in the bathroom were turned on simultaneously. It would be better if they had separate buttons, as this causes unnecessary noise (especially at night).

We had a Wonderfull time and walk or took the metro to most places around Rome.

Pros: The property is centrally located, you can walk to most places and the main transportation station in Rome is right across the street you can catch the metro or the bus and there is a food market inside. the property was kept clean and the owner was very helpfull.

Cons: That Rome is expensive.

Pros: Unbeatable value for money. The host provided us with all the information we needed for our weekend stay, including travel, sightseeing and restaurant information. The proximity of the train station, shuttle bus, metro, and bus stops made it easy to get to all the sights. There is a shared kitchen. Excellent for a few days' stay.

Pros: Very close to Termini station and shuttle buses to airport. The host of the guest house Francesko is helpful and very kind . Rooms are clean with all amenities. Recommended!

Pros: Great location right by the train station and within an hour walking distance to the most Rome's famous points of interest, such as Colosseum (26 minutes). The kitchen is shared and is well equipped with all appliances. Minutes to bus and subway stops. The great helpful information from the owner.
