No Man's Land Guesthouse

Perfect room. Central location.

Pros: A quality room, with a comfortable bed. Lovely little touches, water and juice in fridge. Mini cakes. Very easy to deal with. I would happily stay again.

Check-in is easy and convenient, and the instructions (access codes) are simple and straightforward. The hotel is quiet

Pros: Good afternoon, tourists. It's easy to get from the airport to the hotel by train. Taxis are very expensive. The hotel is conveniently located – easy to get to all of Rome's sights (I walked from the hotel to the river). There are shops and cafes/restaurants nearby.

Cons: I was satisfied with everything.

Pros: The room was spectacularly clean and odor free. It’s just two streets across from the Roma Termini so makes it really convenient and quiet away from the main street. The photos are accurate representation of the room itself. The hosts provided very clear and concise instructions on how to check in. Provided fresh fruits in the hallway and even umbrellas that’s free to use. They are such lovely people and would highly recommend everyone to stay here! You would be treated with such love and respect (:

Pros: The bed was so comfortable, the aircon worked great! The host was amazing, very accommodating and prepared for everything! The main trains station was a 5 min walk away but still far enough from any mischief that happens around there at night. The bathroom was my favourite, the shower was divine after sweating from the heat hahaha

Surprising find so close to the Termim

Pros: The guesthouse provides an excellent base for visiting Rome and for day trips out of Rome. The location, bathroom, bed, hanging space, air conditioning and wifi were all excellent. The room itself was very quiet considering its location so close to the Termini Railway Station. The hosts went out of their way to support our stay, following up issues on our behalf and providing daily fresh fruit supplies.

Cons: The rooms do not have any outdoor spaces, however there are a couple of parks very close by.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Three night stay at No Man's Land

Pros: Our stay at No Man's Land was wonderful. The hosts were amazing! They were very organized, attentive, and extremely helpful and kind. We were very grateful for all the generous extras provided; the city map, along with suggestions for walking tours and restaurants, for the tea and coffee, water, juice, fruit, pastries, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and quiet, and is located within minutes of the train station/metro. I will definitely be returning to No Man's Land on my next visit to Rome.
