PERFECT

Pros: The host was very prompt and give us all the information that we need it. The accommodation very clean. The position near the station Termini- perfect (Metro and Bus station)

Clean, great location, nice owner

Pros: Great location - close to cafes, shops, restaurants, 3 minutes from the train station, 12 minutes walk from the Colosseum Very nice owner, he provided all the necessary information before our arrival, explained how the metro works, recommended restaurants and told us how to get around the city. The room was clean and quite large, great for spending a few days in Rome, it's not luxurious but there's nothing to complain about either.

Cons: When people in other rooms were noisy at night, it was difficult to sleep in the room, the door to the room practically did not isolate the sound

The best guesthouse in Rome!

Pros: Everything was perfect! The location was excellent; it is only a minute walk from the Airport limousine stop. The room had a small kettle for hot drinks. Communication was also excellent; Nico was very kind and helpful. In the hall, there was a bathroom scale; it was useful for checking suitcase weight.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Pros: A very nice owner, even gave us recommendations for restaurants and many other things. He knows english very well so communication wasn’t a problem! This place is near metro so its easy to get from one place to another. A bus from the airport drove us right next to our location so it was easy to move luggage! Definitely recommend!!!

Cómoda opción cerca de Termini

Pros: El alojamiento está situado muy cerca de Termini, lo cual es una ventaja para llegar. Además, hay restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. La cama es cómoda, el agua de la ducha sale calentita, está limpio y la entrada es autónoma. Nico fue muy atento y el último día nos permitió dejar las mochilas ya que teníamos el vuelo por la tarde.

Cons: La habitación tenía una kettle y un par de tazas, pero echamos en falta algo de menaje extra para poder desayunar. Según la información de Booking, el cuarto contaba con un microondas, pero no lo había.

Pros: Me encantó,Primeramente la ATENCIÓN personalizada, súper proactiva, rápida y muy amable de Nico el anfitrión. La limpieza, baños limpios, sábanas y toallas blancas. La ubicación cercana al terminal y a los principales lugares turísticos podíamos ir caminando.

Cons: Solo y excepcionalmente la cama matrimonial estaba en el centro ligeramente hundida al parecer por la base de la cama. (Al estar acostados sentíamos estar hundidos hacia el centro de la cama).

Pros: Muy buena habitación, nada que decir, recomiendo totalmente.
