Perfectly located for transport connections

Pros: Very convenient location next to Roma Termini. The bus stop is just across the street, and accessing trains was extremely easy. The building has two entrance doors, which made the stay feel very safe and secure. A practical and well-connected place to stay in Rome. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay near Termini

Pros: Conveniently located near Termini. Spotless. Stylish. Well appointed.

Cons: Nothing really. Some might find the absence of a reception and the self check in a little overwhelming. There’s no need. Everything is very well organized and explained.

Pros: The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the train station. I found the room to be very clean, comfortable, and private.

Cons: The lack of a kettle, this was also the only room that I stayed in that didn't have a TV. However, these were only minor things that wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable.The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. What really made the difference was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed assistance. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely room in handy location

Pros: Lovely lady who let us leave our bags early and put them into the room for us once it was ready. It was exceptionally clean. Location handy for buses / trains

Cons: Quite noisy but that’s to be expected by the station.

Pros: Everything was clean and tidy, the host was excellent and clear with instructions on how to access the property. Great location with nice distance walks to sights. Communal room which we were kindly allowed to leave our bags in on the last day as we had a later flight to the check out time and we were allowed to check in early upon our arrival. No faults at all. Thank you for hosting us

good location near Roma Termini

Pros: good choice for an overnight stay in Rome when transiting through Fiumicino Airport. very near the airport bus terminal, and a few more steps to the airport train. friendly staff even if she doesn't speak english. small common area is a bonus apart from your room. you can watch TV, eat, or lounge in the common area.
