Compact and comfortable — everything you need for a short stay

Pros: The location and hospitality are excellent! It’s very close to most of the main sights, yet not in a busy tourist area. There are great restaurants and cafés just around the corner, as well as a shopping area with the same brands you’ll find in the city center. The hospitality and support were wonderful — the room was clean, and the nice Italian breakfast at the nearby café was a great bonus. Wi-fi is good!

Cons: The room and bathroom are a bit small, which is quite typical for hotels in the city center. Anyway, it’s a great place for a short stay — perfect for 3–4 nights if you just need a comfortable spot to sleep and shower. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and overall, only positive feedback is possible!

Pros: The location was quiet with enough around it in terms of food and coffee options. The staff were great. Valeria (I hope I remember her name correctly) was especially lovely

Comfortable stay in amazing location

Pros: Amazing location, walking distance to Vatican, historic centre. Direct bus from the Fiumicino airport stops a few minutes walk from the apartment. Easy and very welcoming check-in Complimentary coffee, water, and snacks available

Cons: Cleaning could be improved

Pros: Roberto's personal promt. attention. The daily freshening up of room. The lady on the desk. I could not recommend city warmly enough and would return. Robert permitted me to stay in room until evening for a very reasonable charge. Excellent location near Vatican as Ivwasxterevcoveringvthe Conclave.

Great!

Pros: A great spot if you're headed to the Vatican or Rome city center. The metro is close, but you can easily walk everywhere. The host even sorted out a taxi for us, and communication was smooth. There's coffee and tea in the common area, and your room has a handy little fridge – feels just like a regular hotel room. Thumbs up from me

Cons: I only don't prefer the shower because the upper showerhead activate when I just want to take a regular shower. Just need to take care of it when you start to shower.

I will come back if I will have the chance

Pros: Location is superb, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Surroundings is full of restaurants, caffees. Most of the the famous things are almost walking distance - if you would get out the most of the city, I would recommend it

Pros: Nice and helpful host. It was more like a hotel than a BnB which I liked a lot. Good room and good location. Close to the vatican and still easy to walk to the city center.

Pros: Excellent stuff, very friendly and helpful! Roberto met us when we arrived and gave few very healpful tips and recommendations. Location is great, less than 10 mins by feet to Vatican.

Excellent and comfortable room

Pros: Gracchi Guest House are located in a peaceful and safe part of Rome, close to Vatican City and Piazza del Popolo. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. I would stay again at Gracchi Guest House
