Good

Pros: smooth check in process, staff very friendly and communicative, old room but very clean and well maintained, location is central and within walking distance to many places

Cons: in August is Rome extremely hot so an AC even if a portable one could have helped alot, there is a small fan but it was really hot.

Pros: Cozy little room inside a beautiful building in Prati, a peaceful area of Rome. Everything we needed during our vacation was there (private bathroom, fridge, hair dryer and also a shared kitchen with a tea maker and microwave). Sunny room, clean and spacious. Nice and helpful host that helped us with everything we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Every sight was in a walking distance (historical centre is less than an hour of walking). We were very happy with this choice!

Cons: Even though it's a very nice place, it could use a few minor improvements and mostly a cap in the bathtub. In its current situation it doesn't fill up with water, so if you're looking for a room with a bathtub keep that in mind. It's a value for money considering the price but keep in mind the city tax is ⅓ of the money you're actually paying.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. If you like walking, you could go to the city centar by foot, and it's very near to the Vatican City. There are great restaurants and shops nearby, also the supermarket Tigre (the prices are ok even for Serbian standard). The host was very helpful but unobtrusive. The communication was good. We would recommend this place, especially because of its great location and practical and cosy accomodation.

Fantastic location (lovely neighbourhood, near main attractions), wonderful host.

Pros: Excellent location, in beautiful neighbourhood, allowing fantastic, authentic experience. If you like to walk, you can reach all the attractions on foot. The host is great - very responsive, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable apartment in good location. only downside was no AC in 1room

Pros: Host was great and getting the keys was seamless. Rooms and bathroom were larger than anticipated. Had access to kitchenette. Good water temp and pressure in bathroom.

Cons: Was advertised as having air conditioning, but only 1 of the 2 rooms had an air conditioning unit. Single bathroom key was not ideal for group of 5 ladies.
